Horrible app for changing seats
Wanted to change seats, said it was a cost but wouldn’t say how much, went to next to see, showed the cost, I decided I didn’t want to pay it but the app refused to let me have my original seat back forcing me to pay, then won’t accept my payment! Note I don’t know if I even have a seat!
So buggy
I have checked in 7 times and it still says i have not checked in because it glitches right at the end every time.
No seat allocation
One reason for checking in in line is to save time at the airport. App did not give boarding pass so need to do this at the airport. What is the point of the app?

Less info than the boards and emails you get when things go awry. Not useful in the slightest

Seat selection works sporadically
Rarely saves your seat selection for a flight. You need to try multiple times. Poor ui feedback when seat selection fails, it doesn’t show that seats couldn’t be confirmed. You need to persist until it succeeds.
Great APP and the best airline for Iceland
It is so nice to see a well written and usable app! All kinds of handy features like a one touch copy of booking reference. Love it! Keep it up
App for Iceland air awful
Trying to navigate the Iceland air app is awful. Double charged for meals (it didn’t show as purchased so tried again) credit card charged twice. Won’t allow me to get my boarding pass. Checked it and now it won’t show my flight information. Very frustrating. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge as credit card won’t cancel until charge goes through then it will be too late!

Buggy
After check in, I went to view and save my boarding passes for the two legs of my journey. The first one was totally blank and I could only see the second half of my journey. I had to go to the web site to get both boarding passes. Up until then the app was fine.
