Error message when registering
It won’t let me create an account. I fill out my personal info, agree to the Terms of Service, then click Register, then I get a message saying “A system error occurs, please contact your system administrator for assistance.” Tried it both over cellular and WiFi with the same message. 😡HH in FLL
Apple Wallet
So far everything is working fine on the app, I wish the app will let me add my LotusMiles card to Apple Wallet and also available on Apple WatchPeter Kohloff
Does not work in United States
Tried adding my mobile number. It says mobile number has to start with a 0 and errors out.R1234124
Useless app
Can’t really do much other than look up your flight. Maybe this is designed and made for Vietnamese market. Don’t waste your time with this app.Vince Chau
Spamming notifications
Notifications - especially for an airline app - should be for meaningful, important information like gate or time changes.
Instead, this one bombards you with idiotic miles / coupons / promo notifications, and there is no opt-out.
I had to install this app because their website does not allow you to get your boarding pass into apple wallet.
This is just garbage with no value add whatsoever and should be removed from the app store honestly.Mangled Deutz

Can’t even view my trips
What good is an airline app if you can’t even review your trips? Cumbersome to navigate and won’t even except the phone number saved in my profile to find my upcoming trips.pdunn567!
App lacks information
The App does not contain any information regarding up coming flights. Not sure I will book Vietnam Airlines again. I book numerous flights with airlines. I find this app not useful. I’ve read many reviews and comments. When is Vietnam Airlines going to start looking at customer satisfaction. They will lose business as a result. Too many other airlines to consider.Asian Flyer
User friendly?
This app is not very user friendly.
It doesn’t have the customer service satisfaction in mind. They’re more concerned about their own bookings and advertisements
It’s difficult just to lookup the reservation or update a phone number.
Just lookup other Airlines apps, see the layout and copy them and make them more customer oriented please. Thanksbluskykate
