App lỗi văng ra liên tục. Đang apply promo code đến bước thanh toán thì bị văng ra sau đó vào apply lại code thì không được. Liên hệ với CS thì bảo là do mạng của khách bị văng ra thì bên hãng ko chịu trách nhiệm. Câu trả lời của hãng 4* đấy ạ. Người ta chưa thanh toán thì mã vẫn chưa được sử dụng chứ tự nhiên bảo wifi yếu bị văng ra thì coi như mã đã xài và không được xài nữa (mặc dù lỗi do app quá tệ). Vậy không lẽ khách mất mạng khi chưa kịp xài promo code thì coi như bỏ à? Hèn chi app cố tình lỗi để khách ko bao giờ xài đc promo code? Chưa thấy hãng 4* nào tệ như vậy! Cái gì cũng chậm!have jcnwoxn
Poor user experience
Vietnam Airlines is a national airlines, however, both website and mobile app have been designed badly, like for a private company. Even some ride hailing apps could do it much better. This review will be applicable for mobile app, but can be extended to web as well.
After many upgrades, the app runs still unstably, loading data very slow. As a mobile app, the designers need to think how to fit with different mobile devices, support either portrait or landscape layouts. However, the app only supports portrait. Are the designers (AND/OR) Vietnam Airlines not thinking of the UI/UX before launching the app?Bình Đoàn
