  • DO NOT USE!! THIS COMPANY OS A SCAM!!!!!!!

    Please beware that this company and app is a proper scam. Whatever you do DON’T book travel through them. The customer service is absolutely USELESS, they overcharge for accommodations, don’t book directly or control the booking process so adjustments to travel are not possible, unable to use loyalty point programs with their bookings. Please save the $$ and frustration and use ANY other method of travel booking/management than this one. Don’t say you weren’t warned….

  • Horrible Customer Service

    My company went to TP a couple years ago. At first it was ok. Then then over time service went down. They will outsource your reservation to a third party like booking dot com and they keep rewards points. Been fighting for months over it. With no resolution Our company is currently reviewing other services its so bad.

  • Beware of Hilton points

    Even though they’ll tell your admin that you’ll collect points, it’s not entirely true. The only way you can get points with Hilton use courage and I still haven’t been guaranteed that that will even work. They’ve cost me a lot of points.

  • Do not even consider this

    They have a wonderful customer service, because they have a horrible service. Trip costs increase, no loyalty points, no membership in the bookings most of the times, no possibility of changing bookings, double charges, hotels that do no exist (literally) are available for booking in their system.

    Please consider booking directly or somewhere else, do yourself a favor.

  • Bad solution for business

    If you are a company looking for the travel agency to deal with your business trips and pther travel matters - AVOID TRAVELPERK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Instead of booking hotels dorectly, they do it vis expedia etc. Each time business trips are booked with them there are issues with payments or support in challenging events (cancelled flights etc. - only 1 put of 3 or more support agents offered alternatives, the rest did not bother in doing it). They entrust you with their payment cards which shall be showed at the hotel and those cards are constantly rejected. People on business trips shall use their personal payment cards and the amounts to pay might not be something you'd have in your account. When the support tries to 'resolve' it with the hotel's reception by sending 'new' virtual credit cards, the hotel shows the proof that their 'new' cards is the same which was rejected during the first attempt.
  • Best Mobile App for Corp Travel

    I’ve used 4 different, major travel management companies in the last decade across three organizations. Travelperk’s mobile interface is by far the most intuitive and simple to navigate.

    Sure it’s not as seamless as booking directly through Delta or Marriott but that’s to be expected from a TMC. Given my company mandates that we use TravelPerk, I’m more than happy to use the platform when I’m on the road which is practically every week.

  • Always getting better and better

    Great job making the app better and better every year. A good partner while traveling for business. We used to self book but now we have all in one place with a customer care team that takes care of us all.

  • Clumsy and loses your reward points

    Having to bounce back and forth between the airline/hotel and TravelPerk for communication is cumbersome at best, and sometimes impossible. This system is absolutely worthless for any last minute travel plans (within 5 days). Most of the time I can find the same flights and hotel stays for a few dollars cheaper direct through the hotel or airline. To top of off, most company’s that use a rewards system do not honor stays or flights booked with a 3rd party like this, regardless of what TravelPerk says. Yes you can enter your reward account information, but the hotels and airlines won’t honor it.
  • Cumbersome and unreliable

    There is no guarantee that payment through TravelPerk will make its way to the hotel or airline without time consuming issues. Some in our company have had good luck with it, but about half of us have had bookings dropped, or payments not processed, causing headaches at check-in. We have also been having issues getting flights and hotels to show up on the respective apps. Steer clear if you have the option.
  • Waste of time and money

    Never use this app. They don’t book the flights directly. They use a service. This means you cannot make any changes yourself, and in an emergency, if the TP team can’t help you, you’re stuck. I’ve been trying for almost two hours to make the most simple flight change possible. I could have done this myself in 4 minutes too. In the time I’ve been waiting, the flight change cost went up $88–plus I wasted hours of time. One and done. Never again.
