  • Trips tab is amazing!

    Having one place with all the details of my work trips that ALSO lets me make modifications is brilliant. Easy to use, and the chat box feature is on point!

    On my last trip, I got stuck in a client meeting that ran long and I knew I was going to miss my flight. While I was still in the meeting I chatted with Vanessa in CC and she rebooked me on a later flight in less than 15 minutes! Thank you 💯

  • Terrible,

    These guys are the worst that I have ever used. I waste 6-10 hours a month getting my hotel rewards and airline rewards connected. If I want to get a room the app always try’s to book me for the day before so I have to waste another hour trying to get them to get me a room.

  • Terrible and worse

    The booking time takes too long, making and change is nearly impossible, service response is slow and lacks knowledgeable and they book via another platform. There is literally no part of this experience that has been good as I am a seasoned business traveler over the last 20years and it is the worst service I have ever encountered.

  • Expensive

    Always cost 15-20% more than if i book myself. Also customer service is lacking.

  • Hit or miss. But misses too often

    For US based travelers TravelPerk seems to be almost always slower than booking direct.

    I’ve had instances where it forgets my status and tries to charge for seat selection. I’ve had mismatched prices vs booking direct and very slow load times.

    Maybe it is saving our company money overall but it costs me significant time and flexibility.

    Hello, we do support Frequent Flyer Status for bookings, but for earning miles that you can use later for your trips with those airlines.
  • Signing in is aggravating

    I’ve tried multiple times to sign in with my SSO and the app tells me I have to use Microsoft Edge or Safari. What good is the app if I can’t even use it?

  • Half of the time the transfers do not arrive

    At least four times scheduled transfers from/to airport didn’t arrive at all, not just late. No option to find an alternative, talk with anyone or understand what is the issue, delay, cancellation or something else. Had to resort to expensive taxis with the risk of missing flights.
