Scam
The trucks don’t pop up even with an account and then it deleted after having the app for 5 minutes and it didn’t even work at the time so I downloaded it back and I couldn’t log back in my account and then I can’t make a new one since and account is already registered with the email but I can’t get back in that account!!

Truck locations no longer available
I’m in New Jersey and since the trucks hit the road in the Spring of 2023 their locations are no longer available. Just shows a map with no trucks on the road. Heck there was a truck in front of my house 10 mins ago and nope not on the map. Location services and maps turned on in settings. All good on my end. Seems like an App problem.

When mister softee was near my house the app didn’t say it was this app is broken they need to fix that
Missing a crucial feature
I wish the app gave you the ability to tell the nearest driver, “Hey! You passed right by me! Please come back over here!” It sure would have saved me from the embarrassment of trying and failing to chase the truck on foot after it zoomed right by my house while I was calling for him to stop…
Never seems to work
Never seems to update the route. The driver is always listed in the same exact spot and never moved.
Needs ALOT of upgrades
There was a mr Softee just around the corner and it said there where no nearby also the 5 that ive seen have been in the same exact spot for more than 2 days so yes i dose need upgrading

I like that we can see where he is at but I agree with adding an option to either see their route so we know when they will come or allow us to ping our location so they can come when they can with or with out a feature to communicate back and forth so you know when they’ll be there .
Thing you need
This app is great but can you add good stuff like get a notification when the truck is near and the contact thing isn’t working cause I never a a email from you
Little improvement
Would be nice to ping a truck to your area and you could message a truck?
Mr. Softee
The app isn't very accurate when it comes to location because i would hear the truck from a few blocks away meanwhile the app says it's a couple towns over. There should also be an option to ping a truck to your location. That would be very cool.
