My rating on Mr. Softie
I’m gonna start off by saying that mr softie has really good ice cream. But at the same time, they end up neglecting some streets. For example, today my cousin and I heard the music from the truck. So we stood in the driveway waiting for him to pull up. We see the truck but then he turned the opposite way after seeing us waving. So this is my reasoning for giving mr softie a bad review

It’s a great App!
It works great & we use it frequently to track our local truck! Kiddos appreciate the ability to see where it’s at & if it’s close by!
Why bother
Terrible app, doesn’t even notify you if a truck is nearby, when a truck randomly comes it doesn’t even stop even when there’s a line of kids waiting at the corner
Perfect for trolling your kids
The ice cream truck music plays while you look at the map! Then you can Tell your kids they just missed the truck as you shut the app ;) good times!

It’s broken you can’t see the ice creams but the rest is good, four for me
Doesn’t work
A Mister Softee truck is literally in front of my house as I type this and it’s showing up nowhere on the app, nor did I receive a notification that it was near. Nice idea, but doesn’t work.
AWESOME
We couldn’t hear the ice cream truck anymore, so we decided we would try to chase it down. At first I didn’t think this could actually be real, but when we turned on the street it indicated (after just a few minutes) we found the truck! My dad even said “yea, I’ll have to get that app too.” It was like magic, will definitely be using this again!

This app works very well
I love the app because it helps me know where they there and when they come as they actually do move on the tracker!
Bad
When you click view menu it does nothing. The truck comes to our corner but never comes to our house. Mister Softte should try to include all the houses in anybody’s neighborhood.
Does not work
I live in Philadelphia and the application shows me all of the trucks in the surrounding states, but does not show here. I've had the truck drive by, or have seen it while out, but they never show up on the application. I live on the top floor of a mid rise and can never make it down in time. I sent an email to the help address with this information and have heard nothing. Don't waste your time if you live in PA.
