Terrible AI / language recognition capabilities

I work in grocery delivery and have to place test orders with grocers to make sure our product is working as intended. I clearly flagged these expenses into categories that were unrelated to meals (ie my per diem) as they are business expenses and not for personal consumption. Brex then erroneously automatically tagged all these as my per diem and my actual per diem expenses got flagged / rejected due to their terrible software. Requiring me to spend a bunch of time to try to resolve (currently a work in progress). In summary brex is shipping features that are not production ready causing headaches for users. Super unimpressed, brex has been adding admin time rather than resolving it - not a product I’d recommend

Absolute trash sign in process

Sign doesn’t work reliably. You have to go through so many hoops. It’s not native, so it opens a pop up, then you have to sign in via multiple steps. Meanwhile there’s cookie banners in your way. After getting all the way through this, it signs you in but then takes you to the web view inside the pop up. It never logs you into the native app. If you open the app again, you have to sign back in. Does the app developer even test their stuff?

Awful performance

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used and it’s really embarrassing for a banking app. The amount of time it takes to take an image of a check is about 1-2 minutes, the app doesn’t save organization names so they must be retyped in full constantly, and the processing it does is totally unhelpful. The app also doesn’t seem to successfully show check submissions and it attempts to reuse previously used check information for checks already deposited so it’s impossible to know if a previous deposit actually worked since reusing the check data indicates it doesn’t work. In the end, depositing even a small number of checks becomes an hour long process.

Why can’t I change my flight on Brex?

I previous used TripAction, if I need to change a flight I can easily do it on the app. On Brex after I book a ticket specifically allow change for free, within 24 hours, it won’t let me change on the app, must go through agent. Then it takes much longer to do a simple 1 ticket change. Because they had to cancel my entire round trip ticket than rebook - risking me loosing my previous selected seat for the part of the flight that I didn’t need to change. Why can’t I just change it by myself on the app?

Good service and bank but odd app and approach

Good service and bank but Some of the changes to the app are annoying as it’s connected to you card.
-Doesn’t show the balance but you limit first
-no way to search transactions from mobile (makes little sense)
- confusing working between the card, which presents to be a credit card, but is a glorified debt card, and the bank account itself

Just sign into your account

App is pretty much useless. can barely check our balances, and our cash account transaction history has not updated in over six months. Importantly for me, the app is egregiously inaccessible for those with visual disabilities, and so I can't really even manage cards or check most recent transactions. Really just bad. spoke to our account Specialist several months ago to complain, but apparently it is not worth their time to make an app that can be used by all of their clients. Unfortunate because Brex is otherwise a fairly decent financial product.

Great app, but iPad support sucks.

I love everything about the Brex software, its well design and simple to use, so no complaints there. However, in todays world there is no excuse for not properly supporting iPads devices. It’s just laziness by the developers IMHO

Easy to use and amazing customer service!

I love how easy Brex makes it to attach receipts for purchases via app! Their customer service is amazing, too!

Bring back the gold card in apple wallet

I have a gold corporate startup card but it’s no longer visually reflected in the app and Apple Pay wallet while it once used to be. Please bring this back and match the physical card like every other card issuer
