Easy and efficient
I am enjoying the Brex app and the text message reminders with the ability to respond with a picture of my receipts. Really makes expense reporting automatic!!
Doesn’t work
App had me link my banking info through account and routing number to even submit deposits (makes sense). 3 days later confirmed the two deposits from company so bank was successfully linked. Expenses were approved, funds were released, and 8 days later I was told that the bank account info was incorrect (confirmed/linked bank account). Only remedy to “disconnect and reconnect my bank account”.

Easily the best app for tracking credit card purchases. Quick response and easy entry of receipts and coding for accounting.
Easy to use
This app is a great combination of utility and design. It allows the user to do essential tasks efficiently yet has more features if you are away from your computer.

Brex broke up with my business
We're a thriving coffee shop that found Brex. Signed up, started using their cards, using their bank account... And out of blue, kicked us off with no reason beyond "We want to work with startups" - makes NO sense.
Now I have to spend 30 hours changing all of our bank account and routing numbers, updating our checks, switching out every credit card... Compete pain in the but 🥲
We moved to BofA and Ramp. 🤟

I love this app. It literally saves me hours of work. Sending wires is too easy. Can’t recommend it enough.
Beware of this bank
We were with a traditional bank for years and never had an issue. We tried Brex and loved the features so we moved over our credit deposits. About 12 days later they closed down our account saying that they were moving in another direction. In our case it was because we didn’t hold at least $50k in average balance…
Beware of this bank because they will shut your account down for unpredictable reasons without notice.
This caused us huge issue because it takes weeks to move merchant account deposits. My advice is to stay with a regular regulated bank particularly if you do a large number of transactions.

Just canceled our banking without warning, left us hanging on promises we had.
They deactivated our deposits first, and said to wait. So we waited patiently knowing we’d be late on some of our promises to our customers. A week later they send us an email saying they can longer be our bank since they are switching strategy. I think that’s fine, but why not letting us know with time.

Absolutely Horrible!
I gave a 5 star rating. Been with Brex for over a year and love Brex. Referred Brex to all my clients. Im a web developer. I work with a lot of startups and small businesses. Received an email last week that Brex is closing my account in two months, in August. The CEO sends a message today and states that they should have explained better. Brex only wants business that bring in 1million, growing rapidly, and or have over 50 employees. All else, screw you like me. Im an at home web developer. Small business. And now they are giving me and everyone like me the middle finger.
