Service Has Declined

It would seem that Kelsey Sebold has over extended itself to the point that it cannot provide reasonable and timely services to its most loyal and dedicated customers. I have been a customer for over 40 years and now it seems that my new doctor is so busy that he cannot even answer a message that I send him just to ask for advice; not to mention the time that it takes to set up an office visit with him.
It seems that Kelsey Sebold has built a lot of new facilities but there seems not to be enough doctors to care for its patients. One of its famous statements was “A Doctor for Life” which meant that your doctor dedicated to his patients but that has changed to “Good Luck If You Can Find a Doctor “.

I am so disappointed and am deciding to change health care provider.

Great for Scheduling & Communicating with clinicians

I am pretty impressed. I really appreciate being able to schedule office appointments, video visits, testing as well as being able to contact clinicians with questions, give updates on me, ask questions to clinicians.

This is so much better than sitting on the phone on hold! Nice to be able to read reports on studies done. With bloodwork, it’s nice to see historical trends on the MyKelsey app.

Whoever maintains the app does a nice job to make communicating between patients & clinicians smoother. There is a culture of IT at Kelsey tweaking the interface of the patient portal to make the portal easy and relevant for both clinicians and patients. It seems there is a culture, a habit of clinicians to readily use this Epic software patient portal in contrast to other institutions (cough cough! Like UT Houston med school medical staff). Really grateful for the ease of use.

Dr step Stephanie Teng

I went for my first visit to see this doctor today the doctor was amazing very professional very kind very caring. Great bedside manners overall loved her. She's amazing. I'm excited that I'm I'm having this journey with her and having her as my doctor, her staff was absolutely amazing as well, kind, caring very professional as well and I didn't even feel the shots which I don't like. They were absolutely amazing. I'm blessed.

Not super intuitive, buggy

This app is convenient for scheduling. The navigation is not extremely convenient. I want to know what my appointments are without having to look for them. Also, I don’t know why this is happening, but it’s happening many times already. My default phone number for secondary verification keeps on changing. For some reason, the app (on its own, without me doing anything) is changing it to my work number which cannot receive texts. This has happened at least five times. I’ve even called customer Support. They said it wouldn’t happen again and yet it did. again.

Not enough doctors or time

I love the fact that Kelsey is a one stop shop for medical care however the fact that I have to wait over a month to see a specialist like a pain specialist, a gyno, a phy. Therapist, endocrinologist all of the important doctors are at best 30 days away. When you do see them your are limited much like the 15 min you get with your primary care doctor. I’m more than just 15 min that you charge my insurance for. I actually like my doctors and would love to actually get 5 min more to get to know them and they know me. Eventually i will have to leave Kelsey because I can never see a doctor that I’m being referred to in a timely manner. Your clock watching is NOT working can you please hire more doctors. Thank you!

Wish I knew!!!

I had Kelsey ins over 18yrs ago and felt there was a disconnect with doctors. It wasn’t very personable. But things have definitely changed and I feel SEEN by my physicians. They stay connected with you! The ease of making appointments and receiving treatments has made this experience so much better and easier. Over the last few years, I’ve had some of the worst insurance and interactions in the medical field. I’m so happy I gave you guys another chance.

KelseyyChart computer an phone interfaces top rate. Printout of post visit summary and end of session extremely helpful. Appointment scheduling easy, visit instructions useful, pre checkin and checkin easy. Appointments stared on time. Message communication through MyChart practical with timely reply turnaround.

Scheduling an appointment

I was trying to schedule a mammogram for which an order by my doctor was in my record, but the options given on the app for different appointments did not include this option. If you could click on a link in the order to schedule these specialized tests would be helpful as your phone appointment option has gotten to be very disappointing due to long waits, no doubt due to encouraging use of the app.

Fan follows

Every time I quit smoking cigs and other mampsI have a advocate working on talking me out of it.

Late gmc sierra got Silverado blue four door with dark tint clean detailed. Creeps around. Possible gang stalking or community manipulation. Receipts that I kept on the window were not mine x 2. Two that were not mine were very similar. I’m questioning whether my friends are real and not fake/false/manipulating with alternative agendas or extortion or identity thieves

My iPhone seems to be cloned and monitored as coincidental events have happened and the only way possible would have been to have access to my phone and possible private conversations and mannerisms

MDH Issues

I get emails and texts quite frequently telling me there is new information, and that I should use the link to see it.

There often is no new information at all; you’ve sent me a mystery message. Waste of time

And when I do try to find it, you make me sign in, with password. YOU sent me the message - why would I need a password to see something you sent me?

Finally, a particular problem: I’m supposed to do a sleep study in my home. You texted me or emailed me to call you about this. I can’t find the message/text. I thought I’d find the message on MyKelsey. It’s not there. So I don’t know what to do about the sleep study.

Your doctors and assistants and nurses are great - thank you. You’re admin services need work. Including MyKelsey.
