Makes it easy to open the front door

You can open the door before you get to it, makes it easy to open when your hands are full.

App Does Not Work

After troubleshooting numerous times the app is continuously not connecting to Wi-Fi or data and does not allow me at all to control anything due to constant connection issues

Inaccurate Privacy Policy

The privacy policy in the App Store indicates no information is obtained, yet this app sends your email, name, unit number, and information about your device such as the model and software version along with almost every web request it makes, including those to third party app analytics vendors. It’s disgusting that in order to use this app you must come to terms with the fact that they are happily sending your information into their logging tools.

does not work with voice over.

when I load the app on my iPhone, I can navigate it just fine until I click on the sign in button. Then it has the screen that seems to block voice over from reading the data. I cannot even sign into my account at all. I am totally blind, and I use voice over screen reader on my iPhone for everything. When I swipe on the screen, all I hear is “component sign in.” this is really annoying. I can’t seem to recommend this app until they can fix it.

Needs updated. Lack of support/connection

The app and hub connection worked for about 3 months then it went to crap. App needs updated. I definitely do not recommend this product going forward.
With my high speed wifi, doesn’t register any network around. Inside the app, changing Thermostat still works but due to no longer receiving wifi signal, my door will no longer lock. The door will however unlock on command.

Eh

We’ve been using this system now for about a month or so. It does not have as many scheduling options as my thermostat offered and the app doesn’t update unless you back out into the full menu. It’s not as good as it can be. Add more scheduling options to allow for us to adjust as we see fit. The 4 options given aren’t cutting it. I either have to leave it on all day and hopefully remember to adjust throughout the day or keep it off, which doesn’t work either. We are in a trial for our community but once it’s over and people are getting them installed, I’ll most likely put my thermostat back in.

Wont connect to Alexa

The hub was connected fine to Alexa, after the last update it will not connect even though under integrations and on the Alexa app it shows its linked. When you give it a command it says not supported because its not connected. Please reach out to me with a solution, or push out an update to correct the issue.

Not iwatch compatible

It’s 2023! Apps should be compatible with all devices. If it’s available on an iPhone it should also be available on an iwatch.

System won’t connect

Hub unable to connect to wifi, even with the most updated version. Received instructions on how to fix it and still no resolution.

Response from developer

Problem with setting up and take forever to be resolved

So I have to use this as part of “included tech package” for the apartment. When I tried to set up the app to connect, the thermostat couldnt connect to wifi since I first moved in, now it’s more than 3 wks and customer service rep said they wouldnt know when they could send someone to check and fix it for me!!!!
