Crashing on ALL devices

I have updated to the new v.3.0.0 and it crashes after logging in on all my devices. (iPhone and iPad)

Crashes

This app feels like it’s from 10 years ago. The interface is glitchy and after you finally log in, it just crashes. Autofill does strange things, like my address autofilled but put the whole address into the street address and I still had to manually select the state and country and enter the zip code. When I autofilled a 2FA code it put all 6 numbers into the first box instead of putting one in each box. Needs to be re-written from the ground up with Swift.

not work

This app keeps crashing and won’t open at all. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my device multiple times, but the issue persists. I hope the developers fix this soon so it can be used properly.

Needs work

The concept of this app is good but it needs a lot of work. The maps weren’t really that helpful because it doesn’t tell you exactly which way to go or if you’re on the right level. The resort itself is confusing because the lobby and front desk aren’t on level 1 like you would assume, most things are on 3 and 5 which is very confusing and the map doesn’t help guide you there. Like another reviewer said, it would be so helpful if the app posted the restaurants and park excursions you booked, and more information about each. To take it one step further if you could schedule reservations on the app instead of having to fill out the “wish list” because we had never been to this resort so planning things ahead of time was very confusing so it would have been really nice to see what times were available through an app once you were down at the resort or make changes to your scheduled times. Overall it’s a nice concept but needs so much work.

It would be ideal if the app could provide more details like….

1. Notify when despenaida is in route
2. The timing of breakfast lunch and dinner for each restaurant
3. To show my restaurant reservations for the week
4. To let us know when the ice cream man or other cart stops are available along the pool
5. To show my room expenses spent along the week
6. To show the various picture locations (route us there) using the app.
7. To show spots available for reservations to call to book or other
8. To show if there’s any openings for the park that require reservations (xavage, xelha, xioxiomilco and others)
9. A map of the hotel and parks would be ideal to know where to find certain places

Can’t open

I’m planing to go on Oct and already booked the room. Turns out the app can’t open at all!!!!

Basically useless

This app is basically useless.

It needs to have the ability to make reservations when on the property, and some map function that tells o what do things are on and how to navigate to them. Since the property has really terrible signage, some kind of introduction to it would be good too.

Doesn’t Link to Reservation

This app only links to your stay if you book directly with the hotel. Since we booked thru a 3rd party we can’t use the app to manage our stay. This should be something that is available since many people book thru 3rd party.

Terrible

This app is worthless! The interactive map doesn’t work. There is very little information regarding what times the restaurants open. There is no explanation regarding activities available at the resort. You are left to figure it all out on your own. We were completely lost for the first 2-3 days we were there.
When chosing my nickname for this review, every name such as “disappointed customer, disappointed guest, unhappy guest, etc” were all taken. That should tell you something!
