This app could be so great !!! But their are so many bugs in it. Functions don’t work or link, can’t view pages that you want info for. It keeps asking me to update my info.
Example: Take me their function doesn’t work and it would be nice to show how to get to that location “route “ is. We got lost several times trying to find a area or place.
I have updated, deleted & reloaded app. Still not working properly!!! Needs Work …Show lesstmwair23

For the amount of $$$$$ we spend to stay with you, it would be nice to be able to add my reservation on the app. I appreciate the info on restaurants, eco parks, etc. but, there are some upgrades to this app that could make our vacation more xagical!mzfierce60
Needs lots of improvement
This app is so bad - you guys need to invest money in your developers and improve the experience. People now days want data and information at their fingertips.
You guys really need to put hours of restaurants and reservations visibility on here. As well as a concierge chat bit to help guests that are staying at hotel.Show lesscafetxlovee
Crashes upon open
I have never been able to get this app to open without crashing despite various updates. Using iPhone 11 on latest iOSJimmaycx
App closes immediately after opening
This app simply is not functioning. If you log in with your account or email the app will shutdown completely. I was able to sign in as a guest but it defeats the purchase of using it for my reservation. Xcaret so far has been very confusing to plan and apparently cannot reserve anything until a month prior. I am traveling from far and spending so much money to feel this uncertain of our itinerary.Show lessKarla🪸
Does not work
This app shuts down each time I open it. I’ve redownloaded 4 times. Also it should have events and info besides just the map. Would have loved to use the map if it ever worked.JohnHarvard84
Basically only a map
Doesn’t allow one to make reservations for any of the services. Not very much information included for any of the restaurants and services. Really needs improvement.Arte guest
