Why did you get rid of Mandarin as a language

Used to be good then they got rid of Mandarin as a language option

App not allowing guests to register

As many have said - this app is not working unless you go in through guest mode. No ability to register and retrieve my pictures - the part I was really looking forward to. Plus you cannot actually see pathways on the map so even when you get into the app as a guest and use the only functioning helpful feature - it cannot really show you how to get anywhere in the hotel - luckily the staff is amazing and willing to show you how to get anywhere - but you have to go to the main lobby first to find someone, depending on where your room is - this may mean leaving a bit early for your destination.

Poor quality app

I agree with other reviews stating that this app could be very useful if it worked and had better content. It is super buggy. I tried twice to register after downloading (thinking that maybe it would allow me to make reservations, etc)., but it constantly crashes. Disappointed.

Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t work if just continuously crashes when I try to open it. I have a brand new Apple phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice and didn’t help. I’m sick of all the staff telling me to use the app when it doesn’t work.

Unusable

The app crashes the moment you open it. No point in dowoading. Hopefully they can fix this.

First few hours on the app is ok. Then it crashes.

Too Many BUGS

This app could be so great !!! But their are so many bugs in it. Functions don’t work or link, can’t view pages that you want info for. It keeps asking me to update my info.

Example: Take me their function doesn’t work and it would be nice to show how to get to that location “route “ is. We got lost several times trying to find a area or place.

I have updated, deleted & reloaded app. Still not working properly!!! Needs Work …

Crashes

Used to work perfectly, must have updated it and now it crashes every time I open it. Annoying as I’m going to the hotel next month ☹️

App!

For the amount of $$$$$ we spend to stay with you, it would be nice to be able to add my reservation on the app. I appreciate the info on restaurants, eco parks, etc. but, there are some upgrades to this app that could make our vacation more xagical!
