Needs lots of improvement
This app is so bad - you guys need to invest money in your developers and improve the experience. People now days want data and information at their fingertips.
You guys really need to put hours of restaurants and reservations visibility on here. As well as a concierge chat bit to help guests that are staying at hotel.

Crashes upon open
I have never been able to get this app to open without crashing despite various updates. Using iPhone 11 on latest iOS
App closes immediately after opening
This app simply is not functioning. If you log in with your account or email the app will shutdown completely. I was able to sign in as a guest but it defeats the purchase of using it for my reservation. Xcaret so far has been very confusing to plan and apparently cannot reserve anything until a month prior. I am traveling from far and spending so much money to feel this uncertain of our itinerary.

Does not work
This app shuts down each time I open it. I’ve redownloaded 4 times. Also it should have events and info besides just the map. Would have loved to use the map if it ever worked.
Basically only a map
Doesn’t allow one to make reservations for any of the services. Not very much information included for any of the restaurants and services. Really needs improvement.
Crashing app
This app crashes as soon as it loads. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and ensured I’m on the latest version but it does not work.

App is just so crappy, absolutely useless. Keeps crashing. This is a 5 Diamond resort, hire some adequate developers for your app & website!!
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app for hotel Excaret and tried several methods to start the app. Every time it trouble shoots and boots me out. Reading other reviews, this has seemingly been a problem for months now.
So buggy and missed on Opportunities
Crashes immediately and if you get the chance to use it. It’s missing so much info about the park and can’t make reservations or look at times.
