Map doesn’t help, could be good
It’s very easy to get turned around inside the buildings and the map can only tell which building you’re in, not where within the large building or how to get to the main lobby or the restaurant of your choice, the gym, spa etc. When I arrived and asked for a map of the resort they said to download the app but it really is for people looking to book, not people who need to navigate this place, either geographically or administratively. Never worked! Useless
Installed it more than 5 times to see if could be fixed but it never worked. After signing in it crashed every single time on iOS 16 or ipadOS.Tip1010234
Once you login it kicks you off the site.

Not sure what’s going on
I used this app the last time I stayed at Xcaret and like a lot of the other reviewers have mentioned, the map was the most useful part. It has a ton of potential to be a great app but it’s not there yet. I’ll be staying there again soon and I just re-downloaded the app and it keeps crashing. I can’t even stay on it for a few seconds without it force-closing. I read that someone said they can get it to work if they sign in so I tried resetting my password to sign in and it keeps saying the password is incorrect so I guess the app is just completely unusable now. It’s a shame because like I said, there’s so much potential for it to be greatShow lessabh4593
