So buggy - doesn’t work
This app has potential but it has a LOT of problems. I tried logging in through Facebook - app kept force closing. So I deleted it, tried to sign up through the app, it still force closed. The only way I could look around is by being a guest.
I agree there is a lack of information provided. If you look at how Disney’s app is set up, I think XCARET! Would be much more improved.
App is not a reflection of the resorts and parks. Just a shame that it may turn people away because of inaccessibility.Show lessLokraus8
Nothing more than a website
This app does not add any value to guests staying at hotel. It’s just a marketing site with the different hotel amenities and info. It should allow guests to interact with the hotel for making reservations and look for schedule of eventsMay2022 Guest
This App needs a lot of work!
You can only use this app to see a map of the property, but does not have any calendars, restaurant menu's, available activities, when shops or restaurants are open and closed. Nobody told us about the app-we knew to look because of other resorts who have it.Hrgjcdfhhn cdsdhbb
App not useful!
App doesn’t really help when staying at hotel. You can’t make any bookings or anything. Would be great if you could order room service thru app or see menus for restaurants.therealmaz123

App was only really helpful as a map. It would be helpful to put the hours of pools bars and restaurants on the app. Also, things like entertainment should be listed. Entertainment at casa musica was great but it would be great to see a weekly schedule of what is available.Hgffyddystxulg
The map isn’t helpful
It doesn’t recognize where you are on the map. There is no legend. I’m trying to find the spa and where excursion pick up area is with no luck.Tracy3384
Doesn’t enhance my stay
There is so much more this app could do that it doesn’t. It didn’t really help enhance our stay. It would be great to have things like what time the restaurants are open, what time the pools close, which restaurants require reservations, which restaurants are only for Casa Artistas, the schedule for shows, and so much more. I’ve tried several times to edit my profile and it still doesn’t work. The only thing I have found it helpful for is the map. To make it even more advanced it would be nice to see all of my restaurant and park reservations on the app along with the ability to reserve my return bus. Map is somewhat useful…
Take it for what’s it’s worth. It did help with locations…. Somewhat. You can’t see the right pathways to pools or destinations, so you still need to stop someone to ask for directions. Also the dining is not at specific as far as times & age requirements. Showed up for Sunday brunch & was told they would be closing soon & could no longer be accommodated. Was also told to check out the app if we still wanted breakfast. Nothing was available with kids.Show lessGulpnguzzle
Hotel and properties are fantastic. Don’t bother with the app
The app simply doesn’t do anything. The only button that was useful was the one that lead me here so I could leave the 1 star review. Xcaret should be embarrassed by this app it is ridiculously poor compared to the properties and parksSouthFresh
