Fantastic App
This is the app that I always wanted. Whereas others showed promise and I kept thinking would be better when they did “this” or “that” (minor improvements) the developers went down paths that were (major) changes & not for me, whilst making the app less stable & requiring weeks (and angst) to rectify.
SBP has everything I would have wished for in the others + it is NOT so dependant upon a developer to RUN the app. It can be managed “in house”.Show lessTonyb11
A Brilliant programme
I cannot praise this software programme enough. It has taken away the need to carry loads of music with you or even have bookshelves full of music. You can also set it up to scroll through your song as you are playing it.
I would say that it is a must for any musician, or vocalist, who uses music or song sheets.

Some things are finicky
Going between the app and accessing it on your computer to type things in faster doesn't always work right. Some changes get reverted back, and in one instance after changing the key, I lost about 20 minutes of work that had all been set back to a previous save. If this was smoother it would be much better.
I have never been able to hear the metronome for some unknown reason.
Going to "lyrics only" mode should be able to done on a song by song basis, similar to how notes in a setlist are only made to that one instance of the song - unfortunately, lyrics only mode changes every song across the app.Show lessMagenta M
Really excellent catalogue
I have eliminated multiple books of songs with this App.
Loading new songs is easy. Adding tags helps with those questions from the audience “ what other songs did that artist sing
“ or did he also sing wandering stranger etc.
Takes a little time to add these tags but worth it for added professionalism when performing. Lots of other features but I’ll leave it to other to describe.Show lessDavocreek
Praise to Songbook Pro
I have been using Songbook Pro since starting my musical journey just after the first Covid lock down in NZ and have found it to be a great tool to get me going in the right direction. The simplicity of use has been great and highly recommended to the beginner or even the seasoned musician!
I am progressing in my journey and finding how to use all the features that are built into Songbook Pro and there are many. I also enjoy the ability to find , install and modify songs. Couldn’t be easier!Show lessAtkinsWD
Exactly What I Needed
I have been a church worship leader for over 20 years and, until recently, relied on paper music for every service. I avoided using digital charts mainly due to the subscription costs involved with most apps. This little app, however, has been a game changer for me. It allows me to upload and organize all of my own charts and easily display music on Sunday mornings. It also allows annotation, the attachment of files, and the UI is pretty user-friendly. I also like that it has cloud storage, although I have not used it that much (yet). There are other features that I cannot comment on since I have not used them, but I love how feature rich this program is at such a reasonable one-time cost. Can I moor and create songs easily
Wish you could add additional advanced ukulele chords to the page, or even near to where the chord is.
Also wish when editing the edit page goes back to the start every time instead of being in the area you’ve just worked out needs changing!GelloCart
Efficient app for organising songs
I used to use onsong. I gave up because it wouldn’t play without internet at the most in opportune time. Plus they more than tripled their annual price. Songbook pro is a one off purchase at a fraction of the previous app. It seems to do nearly the same as my previous app. Except adding a file pic within a song. I can draw on the file, make set lists, import pdfs. Large pdf,s need mid range quality and to allow pages to display as ‘multiple,’ that way you can swipe to advance the multiple page docs of around up to 20 meg. Best app for acoustic musicians
This app is well worth the price. I love that it’s pay once and no subscription. Let’s face it, Ultimate Guitar is a mess. The UI is horrible the ads are intrusive and it’s just not a good experience.
This app lets you search online and download any tab / chords and then customise and transpose every part of the tab and make it available offline.
This app has given a fresh life to my digital songbook and using this app has really enhanced my enjoyment of playing music and singing. 5 stars.Show lessJimmy Chaos
