  • BiasFX2 Has My Amp In The Corner

Ever since I have been using Bias FX 2 and my Ipad as a tag team has put the 123 on my Marshall Amp simply for the convenience and the ability of not disturbing my neighbors I just wish I could learn to use it in a way to build tones I’m confident in plus a lower cost for gear would make my life and wife way happier but I love it all the same ...
    thanks ... GOD BLESS !!!

  • Bias Tonal Technologies

Bias is my go-to for everything in guitar sound. Since the day I downloaded Bias fx I have returned to my formative years learning and not having enough hours in the day to satisfy my desire to discover. With the ability to blend any two amps with any effects possible, the never ending quest for tone feeds a hungry guitar nerd like myself. Dang good job POSITIVE GRID!

  • Near perfect

I have been waiting forever for an app like this. It has made mobile recording so much easier and I can use the tracks as polished finals now instead of placeholder scratch tracks. I absolutely love it.
  • Pro tones at an affordable price

Loving this app way more than I thought I would. I bought the All Access Bundle to use in recording and as a live rig and it’s integration and ease of use have been great. Sounds are an upgrade on my Line 6 Pod HD500x. It seems to excel where previous modelling solutions have struggled in edge of breakup tones and gain staging to create levels of overdrive. Not sure the harmoniser is as good as my previous Boss or Line 6 FX but this isn’t a deal breaker as I use infrequently. The other effects are great.

  • Totally let down and mislead by positive grid.

Been using Bias fx1 with bias amp 2 for over two years with no issues whatsoever, except no upgrade support packs offered for bias fx 1 . So I decided to purchase their Bias fx 2 desktop and mobile bundle with a pro license, straight away my setup in mobile wasn’t valid on desktop unless I upgrade to elite ! So I upgraded to elite , now the elite license would only work on mobile ! Desktop still useless to me as I was unable to import my setup from tonecloud without buying even more separately sold packs that I didn’t know I needed with the elite license !!!! , Ive asked for a refund. I went through bias fx 2 on elite license with a fine tooth comb yet couldn’t get a sound setup anywhere near as good as I get on bias fx 1 with my imported amp setup ! , positive grid need to get a serious grip and stop the marketing complicated spin just to get musicians to keep buying packs to upgrade ! To what ?? The spin on this product is unreal , I was sold , but when it all became clear what was happening, I was extremely stressed and annoyed. I’ll stick with Bias fx 1 and bias amp 2 as I’m happy with that setup, it’s a great product , but the suits behind desks at positive grid need sacking, they need to realise that some of us musicians aren’t stupid !! .

  • Amazing I have been trying Amps for years but this is amazing

Had a number of amps and pedals over the years but gave BIAS FX a try and now all my Amps have been sold and I only us Bias now and I’m very happy with what it can do. I use it with an interface and some studio monitors and it sounds incredible. Love the Bias amp with Bias fx integration and I have found so many useful and amazing tones which i could get using amps and pedals but this just does all I need and more i can’t recommend this enough to all guitarists. Also sounds great through monitor headphones as well.

You really won’t be disappointed. Also on a side note customer service is great I bought the wrong version and they sorted it out really quick for me without any hesitation and are great to deal with.

  • Positive Grid Money Grab!

I own Bias FX 2 and Bias Amp 2 Elite for windows PC Spent hundreds for these programs. I also own an IPad and have to pay again if I want the same app on My iPad. Come on Positive Grid! The programs should work across all platforms( PC. MAC, OR IOS)if you own a license for PC or Mac! Sorry but I’ll just continue to use my Laptop. Instead of paying twice for the same thing. Other companies don’t do this. Example if I own Adobe Produce or Windows Program like Light Room, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, I can use these across all platforms!

  • I do love this app, but....

This is a fantastic App. Amazing algorithms and superb amp & outboard sounds. The issue comes when looking at the cabinet Impulse responses. I am a user of BIAS Amp 2, both desktop and iOS. This is a spot-on App and the Celestion impulse responses are awesome! However, we have been waiting for what seems like almost 2 years (I’m sure it isn’t) for the Celestin impulse responses in Bias FX 2! Surely this is something that can be implemented soon. The App has been saying ‘coming soon’ for over a year! Please get this sorted positive grid! This is the only reason I have given this app three stars, otherwise it would’ve absolutely been five stars!

  • You keep ruining this app

Every update which is supposed to be an improvement has the opposite outcome. You keep erasing my hard work on my presets and downgrading my already over priced upgrades. I truly don’t know what kind of business model this is but I wish I never bought in to the complete mess that is bias fx 2. Your software is why ios needs a demo system to really weed out ripoff apps like this. Your company has failed the guitarists that supported you based on Bias Amp and Bias Fx 1, which has been ruined by “updates” as well.

  • The Swiss Army knife app for musicians

I use it for everything: to record, practice and soon I will use it live when things change and allow it. I also use it as a virtual pedal board sending the effects through the efx loop of the Marshall I use. As I say ... it is the Swiss Army knife app for musicians
