There is No Customer service!
This App is helpless when there is a mistake happens. There is no way to find customer service. When I try to follow the Q&A, it is Not followable! I missed half of my large order.噙香

The app is very unstable on my iPhone XR. Crashes so often. Need major bug fix!!!Bobbycat457
Disappointed
The app is not very user friendly. When SJ Distributors try to use this to sell fresh groceries .The order I placed has a deliver date in 5 days later , but the app does not allow to change the date or add / delete items once it is placed . So I cancel and place another order. I was charged 10% of my total grocery order ( ~$9) , then not all items are delivered , but I am charged for the item which are Not deliveredShow lessLily201112

This app helps my family get food in time and always deliver fast without any missing. The app has issue that exist unexpectedly but not often after updated. 5 star and thank you for fast delivery during stay at home rule and COVID19.
