Managed to get this working
When turning the thing on, press and hold the power button until it starts blinking, this allowed me to get video, instead of just a grey screen. Works great now!Wafflemonster2
WiFi never comes up
No matter what I do I can’t get the network to show up. When I first got this, I was able to connect but after a few times using it, I started having trouble again. I would not recommend this to anyone. I ended up purchasing a different one and it works fine.TMS :)
Camera will no longer load.
No matter what I do, the camera will not load anymore!! This is so frustrating, because I love this thing. Can you PLEASE update your app so that it can work again??? The device itself will connect to my phone with no issue, so it must be the app that has the issue.Winnehh

I bought the blackhead remover from Amazon.
I see a lot of negative reviews for it not connecting to the wifi. It took about 4 minutes and I just let it do it’s thing and it connected. Maybe people aren’t waiting long enough I don’t know. Works great awesome so see those blackheads getting sucked up so satisfying.Show lessLoughlin22

Once WiFi understood: great
iPhone XR. Take the cap off the scope before attempting the code, then all is fine. Careful with those spoons! Best to put drops of olive oil in to soften wax and then flush. Clear eardrum looks dark and flat- a few pictures of what a clear drum looks like would be useful.Touchiemctouchie
Followed instructions 100%, does not work
App downloads and runs. But after connecting ear device via wifi, the app does not load any imagery or video after you hit “home”Sptank

Great it pulls but some are reluctant to come out. Beware that the booklet tells you how to connect the camera. The vacuum has a button and you tap that and it should come up as timesiso as a Wifi network. Some people tend to skip the instructions.Vm0100

Just think about it…why would this app need WiFi when the phone can Bluetooth with devices? Also, why would it ask for access to photos ?CNNlljsd
