Much better than cards and fobs
This app and the entire Verkada system is super easy to use and manage. It’s my first choice whenever I need to deploy a new access control system.

For a paid service, this service is garbage. Do not use. App does open gates and can never connect. Just takes up space. Please make the app function
Goodbye key fobs!
Ever since our company switched to Verkada, our experience has been nothing short of amazing! We used to have to carry key fobs, which would often get lost…Now we carry our iPhones to unlock our doors. Couldn’t be happier! Can’t recommend enough :)
No Apple Watch App?
Imagine this: it’s 2024 and there is a device you can wear on your wrist that has more compute power than the first computers that took up entire rooms. Well my friends, welcome to the FUTURE! Except if you want to open the door…

Would give it 5 stars if you didn’t have to carry your phone and have an app available for smart watches. That way it eliminates carry your phone.
Apple Watch Version
The organization needs to purchase licenses to make the Apple Watch app work for users. Not cool.
bad update
i want to be able to see all the doors available to me, not when i’m near by. in my apartment complex, i let people in if i am not there physically. now i have to be near all these doors to open them. it’s very frustrating. the latest update was the worst.
Bluetooth unlock doesn’t work well
The Bluetooth unlock feature needs to be improved ever since Apple changed how Bluetooth works. It should use the new “Nearby Interactions” functionality to improve performance.
Best Access Control on the Market!
I love having my cameras, access control, alarms, workplace, and environmental sensors all on a single pane of glass! Couldn’t recommend Verkada enough
