Really inconvenient to open
Might just be my experience, but it’s inconvenient to pull up every time I need to get into my building and then once I finally do pull it up, it takes around 3-5 seconds for the door to unlock. If it can open doors quickly with the app running in the background (not having to be in the app) along with an Apple Watch app this would be 5 stars. I’m never the type to write reviews but this seems like it would be a fairly simple update.Show lessUnhappy Doorman
What about Apple Watch?
If there was an Apple Watch version it would be much easier getting around the office. I like the setup but Watch users should be able to use to reach the sensors with ease.jmherndon
Waste of time
When I have to use it the app does not work at all. I have to delete the app and reinstall it for it to semi work. I have to got through 500 hoops just to verify that it is me just for it not to work. It just gets stuck at the use the magic link page over and over. Not so magical when it does not work. I try putting in the password and it says that it is wrong so I reset the password and still will not let me in with the new password. I would not recommend to anyone 😡Show lessUnpleased customer 10
