  • So glitchy

    App always crashes and if it doesn’t crash then it’s buggy. I always have a hard time with it. The only good thing about it is that when it works it’s easy to navigate. However, it is not informative AT ALL. You don’t know what you’re being charged or what’s credited to your account or what the amounts are for. Would never use UDR again.

  • Payments area needs improvement

    When you go to pay there is no breakdown of everything you are being charged for. It is in your lease, however when you’re paying $2100 total and you can’t see what part is the water bill, other fees, or your rent, it’s concerning. I have to go to the office to get that information because you can’t speak to anyone unless you go in person or via text. (Good luck with a timely response.)

  • Can’t Log In

    I shouldn’t even HAVE to log in every time I open the app, but I get it. Security. When they swapped from letting me put in my password that was saved, to using the biometrics, it was shoddy. It sent me to their website EVERY time to re-enable it. Now, it scans, succeeds, and doesnt leave the log in screen. I CAN’T get into the app now. I’m gonna have to go by my bank and get a check to pay rent.

  • App doesn’t work

    Every time I press the login button, it just does the face recognition and then… nothing. Doesn’t move to the next screen, no other prompts, just the login button. IF I am able to login, I then have to enter a passcode to access anything on my account. So I have to login… to login… to get to what I need. Ridiculous.

  • Terrible

    In the same boat as everyone else it seems like but just restating because maybe if enough of us say something it’ll get fixed. You literally cannot login on either the app or website. After attempting Face ID it just stays on the login page. I’ve been trying for the past 4 days constantly and rent is now due today.

  • App not working

    The app is great…. when it works. Nothing happens when I try to log in, returns to log-in screen. I was told that I have to delete app, turn phone off, turn phone on and then download app again. Doing this for the third month in a row to pay rent. Very annoying.
  • Not letting me login to pay rent???

    I’m trying to pay rent and the app won’t let me login lol. They literally do not give you any other option to pay than using the app so if Im charged a late fee it will be because they are not providing me with a proper way to pay.
  • Rubbish

    Great concept. Dreadfully executed. Glitchy app. Often crashes, or doesn’t allow login, which requires reinstallation. Is not phone optimized, so menus and items that you need to visible are often hard to get to or difficult to scroll or fit in the screen. Feels clunky and slow built on outdated cheap technology / design to minimize dev costs - and it shows.

  • Poorly developed software by a bad company

    App is glitchy and randomly crashes. Requesting service is messy. There are many redundant choices in the app and lots of things that are not even on the property you can ask to get fixed for some reason. Roughly half of the time I request service it’s denied without someone even taking a look. Sometimes it takes weeks to just to get denied. Once I asked for a gutter over my patio because it’s clearly destroying the concrete and they responded with “we don’t do that here.” Even though both my neighbors on both sides of me have them .They don’t even care about their own property, how much do you think they care about your data and privacy ? The only reason UDR uses this app is to mine more data from its tenants then they could over the web.

  • I miss the community

    When I first started renting from UDR there was a community tab where folks could post things they were giving away, happy hour events, or general meet ups and it's gone. I hope they bring it back
