Access my photos without permission
This app gains access to my personal photos without having been given permission.
When I go into my phone settings and review exactly how UDR is accessing my photos, it shows that it has “private access”.
The option to remove “private access” given to the UDR app of my photos w/o my permission, I can not change their access. It is grayed out.
My only option is to delete the app.
Even after I delete the app, which removes their access to my photos however, when I reinstall the UDR app, it automatically is given “private access” to my photos again without permission.Show lessfor sure_da_orig
Unnecessarily confusing
When it comes to paying rent, the layout confuses eveyone. Like the large top number acts as like a “ prepaid credit” so you need to have that number higher than the small number that’s the highest for the month below. Like the whole layout could be better and simpler.Tjbtigers112244
Can’t pay rent
really the only thing is app would be useful for it cannot do. I press on the proceed to confirmation button over and over, still can’t pay. Useless app, wish I could just pay rent like before 🙄🙄🙄whalestreet
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customer support representatives, Front office, Managers - All working here are just hopeless. I am tenant at one of their properties, almost all of my experiences with leasing office are equally bad, sorry pathetic. Do they train their staff to behave that way? Crashes while using
I cannot submit a maintenance request without the app crashing. I’ve tried to submit the same request 5 times now and it just keeps crashing every time.Abbbbbbbbbbbi

Garage & parking
We asked to move from a garage across the parking lot to one right in front of us. I am on a walker and have fallen in the parking area got drenched this last heavy rain because the sidewalk flooded. It would be nice not to struggle to get a parking place since there are no handicapped parking places. We would clean our garage out and. the one in front also parking there would make it easier to get in and out. Just a thought do you even care? Awful app, but living here is worse
The app is almost useless, it’s full of glitches and has one of the worst interfaces I’ve ever seen. What’s even worse is the management company themselves, they are scammers. The building I lived in was terrible, nothing ever worked and security was nonexistent. Even worse, they illegally raised our rent. Avoid at all costs.Show lessterrazzano

One of the worst PM companies out there. Their number one priority is to make money and IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW!!
This app is horrible and they made it just to “help” residents paying their rent and submit work orders.
There are so many negative things to post about UDR but it is a waste of time.Nickname leo
