    Bring back a way to talk to our neighbors.
  • Terrible App

    This app is barely functional and the interface is awful to use. I no longer live at a UDR property because I find the company to be unethical, but this app makes it even harder to work with UDR’s unscrupulous property managers.
  • This app is just to silence the residents

    Deleting the resident portal and use this app makes no sense, other than to silence the residents, because this app don’t provide anything new, it’s just an app that direct you to the website just like resident portal but with much less functionality. They deleted the “community post”-tons of residents posted complaints on there and tons of useful information as well. So this app is just a way for them to silencing the residents voice without being so obvious.

    Worst app ever
  • Not good

    I have never seen the upkeep of a apt complex so horrible. I have spent hours taking pics of the trash overflowing for days and fine times weeks. Sending in evidence of the trash and stairways have vomit in them for weeks maybe months. During Christmas when I had family and visitors here they were in utter shock at all the trash , vomit and dog poop in stairways and elevator. Horrible . My neighbors and myself are constantly sending in emails with complaints. It is so embarrassing to live here d as my bring friends over ..,

  • Thanks!

    I have yet to have a problem with this app! We love the accessibility and functionality of it. We are able to pay rent; input service requests (usually fixed day of); they post anything that is to happen that we need to know about. I for one enjoy the app and think it is a great addition during Covid when you really don’t want face-to-face interaction. Thanks again!

  • Unsurprisingly, no effort

    This company doesn’t take care of their customers so why would this app be any different.
    Its a pain to dispute charges in the app when the leasing office screws up
  • Bring back active building

    I’m fine with having the app as an option by the active building portal should NOT have been turned off. It’s so much easier to make mistakes on the app - it didn’t recognize I had hit the “.” Button and I almost ended up submitted several hundred thousand dollars in rent!

    To be fair though I don’t know why I’m even bothering to write a review. UDR clearly gives 0 you-know-what’s about resident feedback; I’m rarely asked and whenever I do ask it goes ignored.

  • Unreliable and Poorly Designed

    This all is designed really poorly. It's difficult to find anything you need in it and it basically functions like a web shell. Many essential features are missing.

  • UDR knows how to make things worse

    Aside from the login issues, the app removed the message board. Words cannot express the depth of UDR disregard for residents rights, quality of life and wellbeing.
