  • Pointless app

    The app is nothing but basic web pages.
  • TERRIBLE

    New user forced to download app from apartment complex and does not work.
  • Does not work

    The login that I use for the main web portal does not work on this app. I tried creating a new account with the same email I used for the web portal, and it displays information for an apartment that I lived in years ago, telling me that I should “cancel signing up” and contact someone to fix - So to the dev team, can you please fix this? Not just for me, but for all users with this issue. Seems to be that there wasn’t a proper migration plan in place. I don’t need any accounts merged, I just need to be able to log in with the same credentials I use for the web portal.

    With that said, I’m actually looking forward to this app once I’m able to use it! (Hoping before they shut down the web portal in 3 weeks, just received notice of that today).

The login that you use for ActiveBuilding will not work on this app. I would be happy to ensure that your account is linked to the correct apartment.   • UDR app is almost as bad as their properties

    Really poor functionality. Bad app aside, UDR, especially the Westerly on Lincoln, is filled with Airbnb style party-only apartments and terrible management. Stay away
  • Terrible.

    Surprise surprise UDR cheaped out on something again. This app launched in a VERY broken state. Seriously I’ve seen first year coding students create more stable apps than this. Login credentials not recognized. This app is in the same state of disrepair as my “luxury apartment” Peridot Palms that has had the gate broken for 3 months, giant mud pit in the tile next to the pool for months, piles of trash everywhere, and piles of construction supplies laying around for months. Pathetic. Really pathetic effort for what we pay you.

    Hi, Thank you for the review. If you are having issues with your credentials; please contact me or the leasing office. When logging in for the first time, you will need to set up a new account. Your first & last name as well as email address must match what is listed on your lease.   • App is as crappy as UDR management

    The email us button is broken. It sends an email to myself.
  • Browser in app

    Most of detailed elements are a browser window in an app. Things work fine but not really intuitive.

  • Code arrived at email A DAY later

    I keep trying to make an account but the code does not reach my email til one day later. So when I try to go in and put the code, it resends a new one and makes the one in my email useless. It’s impossible to do unless I do not close the app for a whole day.
