Got different each time , from 80 concerning to 80 not, this didn’t help me at all.

A little turned off

I used the app, paid for a doctor to look at a concerning pick, was told it looked like something that might be harmless, but needed a follow up in 2 weeks to be sure. Received an email that it was time for my follow up, and come to find that the follow has to be paid for as well… seems a little shady

We’re not sure why you think it’s shady that it would cost money to get a dermatologist to look at your case after a few weeks. Do you not pay your doctor when you see them for a follow up? We work with highly trained and respected dermatologists and their time is not free. Thank you for your understanding.

Payments declined

I tried three different cards one was a debit and the other two were credit cards from two different companies. They all had plenty of money on them and all three were declined. They told me to call the banks, because three separate banks are having an issue instead of their system. Never got a resolution and from other reviews this seems to be an issue!

Not reliable

I understand what this app tries to do, but it’s just NOT accurate. I took multiple pictures of several moles, scanning each mole several times, that I knew were big and puffy but def not malignant and got back different results from concerning to not concerning. Then I took a picture of a mole my dermatologist are closely watching and will prob need removed and every time it came back non concerning. When in doubt go see a dermatologist. Don’t rely on this app or even trust it. Not worth missing a mole that really needs checked or getting worried over a perfectly fine mole.

This App Saves Lives!

I went to a doctor and also dermatologist who both said I had nothing to worry about. This app and their doctor’s personal review of my photos gave me the confidence to get a biopsy and confirmed that I did in fact have something to worry about. Thank you so much for your incredible app.

Please fix the App! It just won’t work.

I will gladly write a proper review if the app will work.
I snap my photo then try to sign in, the app just will not process me thru to log in and begin.
This is the one app I really wanted. Seems to offer the best features. I’ve downloaded 2 other apps and both have confirmed my calf lesion(s) as 99% positive to be cancerous.

Doesn’t work

App simply crashes completely when I touch the camera button. What a complete waste of my time.
