We’re not sure why you think it’s shady that it would cost money to get a dermatologist to look at your case after a few weeks. Do you not pay your doctor when you see them for a follow up? We work with highly trained and respected dermatologists and their time is not free. Thank you for your understanding.

We’re sorry but the only information we received from our payment provider is that the card is declined and that the owner should call their bank. Not sure what else we can do for you, but if you have any ideas or need anything else, contact us again at support@scanoma.com

Please fix the App! It just won’t work.
I snap my photo then try to sign in, the app just will not process me thru to log in and begin.
This is the one app I really wanted. Seems to offer the best features. I’ve downloaded 2 other apps and both have confirmed my calf lesion(s) as 99% positive to be cancerous.
