  • It’s got cult game charm

It’s a good game, well worth playing, and very charming. But it is incredibly flawed in other ways. The controls are terrible, really frustrating. It feels like they did no testing. And as others have mentioned, some of the puzzles are illogical and involve a lot of slow back and forth trying to find the sweet spot for interactivity. But still give it a try if you like games like this.

  • Bug prevents completing the game

After trying tirelessly to complete the game, I searched a walkthrough and realised I was doing the right thing and a bug in the game prevents you from completing. Poor design, really should have been resolved by now
  • Almost good

The graphics are 1990 level. The “puzzles” are more like “gotchas” than actual riddles. I seriously doubt that anyone will solve this game without extensive use of “hints”. It feels like someone’s first game to me. It’s not terrible but it’s definitely not good.

Wait until you get to the photograph on the television part. It makes no sense. The stoppers on the television knob... it’s a lot of random forcing of objects together that’s supposed come off as a well thought out solution but they often don’t.

Perhaps I’m just too obtuse to understand and I’m too jaded with classic productions like Mist. That game was super hard but it also seemed to make a lot of sense. This game does not. It’s like an acid trip while programming in HyperCard.

  • Semi-intriguing puzzle game, rough controls

I found the game quite tedious. I liked the premise and was hoping for more depth and payoff, but felt let down. Sometimes the puzzles seemed very clear, other times I would wander around in a bleak landscape trying to control the awkward move and view system. Puzzles themselves are all about finding things you can interact with and remembering where you saw things, not much more. Might have given this 4 stars if there was a little more substance to the story and improved controls. The swiping with your right hand seems much too slow and stops responding if you move your finger too fast. >< over and over I would have to reswipe to continue look around a single wall! The game also seems proud about being unfinished, giving you an achievement for not being done when you find the ending. :/ So unsatisfying!

  • Bug?

    Interesting game.
Got stuck at the point where you need to use the phone. Without wanting to give away the solution, I tried to put the “money” into the phone so many times, and the game won’t allow it. I’ve confirmed I’m doing the right thing via a walkthrough but it just won’t work on this iOS version. Any advice?

  • My Review

Honestly I find this game pretty fun to play! I usually don’t write reviews because I find them boring but I believe that this game deserves a review because it was fun. I love puzzle games and games that make you think instead of just letting you finish the game without doing anything. I have to admit that some of the puzzles were a bit challenging but the hints helped in figuring out the puzzles along with watch walkthroughs. Overall I would play this game again and I will probably tell some friends about it!

  • More please!

I really enjoyed this game. Yes, the puzzles can be obscure in some parts, but that’s what makes it great. Reminded me of Myst, which is a good thing, as you need to think outside of the box and search around for answers rather than have them easily displayed for you.

The only downside - just one area to solve. I’m hoping, with the final achievement, this means the dev does have more to come.

  • What is there is enjoyable

Upsides: It’s a genuinely fun game, with good, reasonably tricky puzzles and interesting concept/execution with the colours. There was only one puzzle where the solution didn’t make sense to me, the rest of it was pretty good.

Downsides: The game is short, just one single level, but heavily implies it is going to be much more, which is confusing and frustrating - after that level I felt I’d gotten to grips with the logic and controls and was excited for more. I wonder if this will be released later. The controls are also quite clunky and awkward, which takes away from the enjoyment of the game - I think this would be good if played on a controller, but doesn’t quite work with touch.

  • Weird but enjoyable game

This game was definitely worth the download and time, but it’s a pretty out there plot. I couldn’t solve anything without the hints, but at least they where there...I may have just deleted it otherwise. At first I had trouble with the controls, especially when going up the stairs in the diner. Still, after I got used to everything, it was really entertaining and engaging. If you’re ready for a game a little different from the others and you’re ready to take on something seemingly weird, go for it! It’s a great game.

  • Takes me back to Myst...

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Similar game play to Myst, where you’re put someplace with no explanation. You have to walk around, try things, observe what happens, and make connections. And keep doing it again and again.

This was one of the first games I tried on Apple Arcade and yikes! The way you move around is not intuitive! I kept getting stuck places and almost deleted the game out of frustration. Luckily, I played another game on Arcade with similar controls that had a tutorial (🙏🙏🙏) and was able to leverage that knowledge in a second attempt.
