Pointless App
I just joined for the wellness services. I have no interest in tanning, so this app is useless. Why do they not do appointments? If you only have one sauna and multiple customers, you’re gonna have times where people want to do it at the same time. I’ve been a member for 6 weeks and this has happened to me twice. Even when I call ahead, if someone beats me to the store (which happened today), I’m out of luck. They need to fix this. What’s the point of a membership if you can’t use it half the time? Every other wellness provider works off of appointments.Show lessLCSelf
App does not work
So frustrating. Been at Planet Tan and Palm Beach Tan for years. The app used to work and now I just get the red screen with nothing else. I’ve complained at the store. I have my membership in my wallet but I can’t see rewards or time I’m eligible to tan. Worst app out there.Sjgoody
Horrible App
Whoever is in charge of maintaining this app should be fired!
Every other time I try to use this app I have been signed out. When I attempt to log in, I get a message stating the log in information is incorrect. Then I’m forced to change the password each time. It’s such a hassle.
Today is even worse. The app isn’t accepting the email address associated with my account.
Having this app is pointless because it’s never convenient and impossible to use when you actually need to.Show lessit’s still me1

No Longer works
The app worked fine in the beginning but now when I click on it it doesn’t open up. It just goes to a screen that says PBT and doesn’t do a thing !Lizzesantana
Latest update killed the app!
The latest update (2 weeks ago) totally killed the app! Now it can’t get past the opening screen. Just sits there, dead. Thanks for nothing, PBT! Way to go, I’m sure this will help your sales. 🤬🤬🤬Scribscott
