Every time I open the app it’s just a white screen. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it and obviously I have let it update. I know the staff sometimes steals tan dollars from clients who haven’t been tanning in a while because they think we won’t notice. Please fix this issue.Macabrequeen
Update made it stop working
I was forced to update my Palm Beach app before I could use it and now all I get is a blank screen. I can’t see when I can tan next, addresses, phone numbers. I see absolutely nothing but a blank white page. I use the highest plan you have and kept my plan even when I was inactive during surgery. I have bought a ton on tanning products from you and have spent thousands of dollars over the years and you can’t keep an app up and working?! That is ridiculous! Don’t send out an update if it doesn’t work!Show lessMrs. Shawn G
