I feel like the creators or whomever is supposed to maintain the app need to watch it more and fix issues. The app is not even opening right now and both my daughter and I are trying to open on different phones.TM1298

App is awful!
As a previous reviewerstated, the app used to work but now doesn't. If you are going to be so strict on what time the client is allowed to tan the following day you need to give us an app that works so that we can track that time.
Also I had a projected reward for October 2023 and the app has now reverted back to a discount that expired in April🙄 Please fix and keep things accurate. Also why doesn't the scam work at my location? It would be so nice to be able to just scan in instead of having them look up my name and me typing my pin.Show lessGocunsgo7
Useless app!
The app was great for the time it worked!! Since they only let you tan once every 24 hrs. It was so helpful. Also good to see what level beds you have been using. But I then noticed it had not updated my last tanning date in a while. And my tan dollars were not correct so silly me logged out and not it won’t let me log back in. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, restarted my phone and nothing works. It just spins, it will tell you if you have incorrect login information but that’s all. It literally just spins and won’t login at all.

Doesn’t work anymore
I was having issues w/ the app, very glitchy so I logged out and deleted the app. I redownloaded it and even reset my password. When I try to login, it just loads w/ that loop forever then times out. So basically I can’t login at all.dahlphin
Worked in the beginning……
After much persuasion from Palm Beach Tan staff, I finally downloaded the app and had them provide login information. The app was convenient for the entire week (7 days) it worked. But it has inot accurately shown my tan time and nearly a month, so I attempted to log out and log back in. That was a mistake. Now I cannot get logged back into the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I have also restarted my phone all to no avail. The app is useless. I can’t even get past the login screen, because it simply sits and spins. It’s already aggravating that they force you to wait a minimum of 24 hours in between each tan session (NO other tanning salon that has EVER done this) but now I can’t even accurately check when I last tanned because their app is crap…..the only thing it’s doing is taking up memory on my phone.Show lessACustomer827
Terrible App
It’s horribly glitchy/buggy. It crashes all the time (if you’re lucky to be able to even sign in). Honestly serves no purpose since you can’t access anything. No amount of deleting, redownloading, or force closing resolves the issues either.Silva2329
What Year is This?
You have to go into the actual salon to install this app. I’ve never seen a company be THAT desperate to hook you into a sale. There’s literally no other reason to make you go to the salon. Wow.Josieposie48
