    This is out of hand the alarm has been going off for the past 7 day not to mention for the last 6 months.. I have spoke to everyone all have given a different answer on when it’s going to be fixed..

    It is ridiculous to have to pay a service fee each time we pay rent! The 4.95 should come back to us. Over time that adds up!

    It’s easy for me to use since I’m not a techy. I can make a payment & request repairs as well as take part in community activities.
  • Average At Best

    You don’t receive confirmations if you’ve sent emails to building management through the app. This app is only good for making payments.
  • Balanced review

    This app is definitely of a great help when it comes to online payment and checking if I have turned off the conditioner. It is also nice to be able to see my bill breaking down by expense. Face-access is priceless!

    It would be even more helpful if the bulletin posts were approved faster, if there was a social component to the app to help to get to know neighbors better & get in touch with them, it would be nice to use this app to really build a community.
