I don't know if this is my problem but, it is giving false results. When I check the battery and cartridge life it says they are full. But when I check them manually it’s low? Other than that it is awesome!p3y0n1
Air wick essential mist
I love my Airwick essential mist, I have several! One that works with the Bluetooth and several of the other ones that doesn’t work with Bluetooth! They work very well, I would recommend them to everyone! The other ones that don’t work on Bluetooth are black and very pretty!Cupcake727
Air wick
I was really excited to see that there was a Bluetooth enabled counterpart to my fresheners I had bought previously, so I went and bought 6 of them ( one for my kitchen, one for my livingroom, one for both my bathrooms, and one for my master bedroom and one for my sons bedroom ), so far we have had issues with the battery level not showing correctly ( ie saying it’s full charged and actually being low ) and the level of freshener in the container ( ie saying it’s full when it’s half empty ). Other than that we haven’t had any issues with it actually working ( spraying at intervals during the times it’s supposed to be on ) and staying off during the times it’s not.
I would recommend these to a friend or family member as they are great, they just need some of the kinks worked out of them!Show lessOmjcw
Need more updates or upgrades
To bad is doesn’t help me wake up but I need to learn how to set up automatically refilled there no off and on button on the apps or the spray button...dkhoang04
It’s bad.
If you happen to have a modified device, either for personal use or development, don’t bother. For some hilarious reason, the devs thought this app for an air freshener is too important to run on modified devices. Absolutely ridiculous, and I’m returning the device right off the bat for that very reason.
But, I have many phones laying around, so I put this on another non modified device just to see. It requires a air wick account, also absolutely ridiculous.
If they just remove the necessity to have an silly air wick account, and remove the absurd modified device check, this would be totally sufficient.
Until then, I’ll actively be telling anyone I know to avoid this product. Devs, take note.Show lessbusterbrown77
Simple and Easy
Bought this device a few weeks back and really enjoying it so far. The device setup was easy to do and setting timing was also simple. Look forward to getting my first automated subscription order.Mike Stitt

I like the whole idea of the product. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate!
The only thing I miss about the product is a simple button “on” that could easily let me turn on the device besides the schedules. It would be also great if I can turn on my diffuser from the device level, without a need to use the phone.Show lessksagtnix
Great App. Easy to use and customize
This app is great. I can specify what hours I want to have the fragrance released and change the intensity all from the app instead of having to go to the device and change it manually. Would recommend 100% don’t believe the other reviews on here. It’s a great app.Carson DC
Won’t connect
Right when I got it it was working fine but I updated the app and it started to disconnect itself from the device every time and when I try to. It says I don’t have connection even though it’s connected to Wi-Fi...when it disconnects every time I try to connect it but ill disconnects itself after a few seconds had to change soo many batteries after another because i don’t know whats the problemShow lessHausof martin
Horrible app
The fact that you have to use your phone to use the air freshener is ridiculous. The fact that your phone has to be 30 feet of the air freshener for the stupid air freshener to work, is ridiculous. Whoever thought that this was a good idea, needs to be slapped in the throat. Idiot! This was a waste of money, I should have just bought the regular device. Please save your money. As a matter of fact, return this stupid device. I wish I could give this no stars because that’s how much this crap is worth.Show less19nikki85
