Tickets aren’t added
Bought tickets uploaded photos entered my details and got the confirmation email and added to Apple wallet. It all seems to work except adding my tickets to my account on the app. I’ve tried everything multiple times and even waited for a while. Nothing works.
Now I just need to hope entry isn’t a huge issue when entering the park.

Too many rides are closed! And the rollercoasters that are open 60-90min wait
Unable to add tickets
My tickets say they have been successfully added but unable to view them despite saying barcodes have been scanned and added successfully, which makes it difficult to utilize app features and means I’ll still have to line up to sort out the issue instead of walking through the gate with my pre-purchased tix!

The tickets disappeared… 🤷🏻♂️
So after purchasing multi day passes and adding these to the app we went to a park for the day. Following this first day the tickets disappeared from our profile leading us to believe they were no longer valid and our money was wasted 🤦🏼
After sitting about with our heads in our hands for about an hour wondering how this could of happened, deliberating spending yet more money so as to not upset our already amped up children, did we realise the passes were in fact still valid and could be added again.
Why the freak would they do this?!?!

Bank denied the transaction
Annoying unnecessary app that took too long and my bank denied the transaction
Keeps deleting ticket barcodes
Not a bad, but extremely frustrating to have our tickets deleted from the app. We’re having to scroll through emails to find the originals.
Rubbish
Your app is complete rubbish. After going to the park for 2 days and lining up for hours just to barely ride anything through the day unless you pay per ride, I can say your app is rubbish. The fact you can’t check queue times before you go to the park so you don’t waste your time is unbelievable. The app is never update, physical line queues are not accurate to the lines per ride and that’s all day and all rides
