The response was to add all the children’s tickets to both devices.
We have an extended family where any of 5 children might go with any of 6 adults. To put them all on 6 adults devices seems crazy. What if one adult doesn’t have a smart phone? Or one that doesn’t support this App.
I wish I’d known this crazy arrangement before I bought 11 tickets. I would have gone to Dreamworld instead!

Hi, if you want to share passes or tickets of children in two devices, you may do so by simply adding the barcode(s) to the other account/device.
Poor app
I have annual pass and have one for grandson. Confusing to work out process.
Home page should have drop down or similar menu.
After frustrating attempts to follow complex instructions I have exited App and have asked staff to help at ticket office. They have not been trained and haven’t got a clue. Professional development of staff or a help line at theme park would help.
On top of this virtually every nickname comes up as taken including exotic variations. It almost as though key words are leading to censorship of negative reviews. I have tried at least 30 variations. I am certain the review is being blocked as I have given a 1 and only will go through if I give a false rating of 3 or above.

Try giving it a go Nat - any current Memberships can scan their barcode in the "ADD TICKETS" section. If you have any issues, please reach out to us on contactus@vrtp.com.au.
Counter intuitive app
Currently app is not very usable despite that we are required to have that app to enter parks.
I tried to add my tickets couple of times and got “tickets were added successfully” message, however I’m not able to see tickets in the app. Bug or feature? If for some reason you don’t want to show tickets would be nice to have a message “these tickets have been already added” or if there’s something wrong with tickets would be nice to see that ‘bad’ message too.

Hi, we have just released a minor fix to address this idea - thanks for your input. Please update the app & you should be able to get your tickets added/appearing in the app. If any problems persist, please use the appropriate escalation path by contactus@vrtp.com.au.
Great app, some functionality not yet active.
Despite being published in the App Store the app is currently in testing, as such the Virtual Que functionality is not yet active at Sea World or Wet n Wild.
