Frustratingly buggy
Used this over 5 days for Sea World, Wet and Wild and Warner Movie world theme parks. Every day it lost my added tickets. Sometimes twice a day. Keep your paper tickets with you. Another family member on iOS had the same problem.
The virtual queue system sounds great in principle but never found one available to use, they were always full. So it was unusable.
Occasionally, queue times are completely wrong eg 5 minutes and then next refresh it is 120 minutes. Don’t get excited when you see low wait times, they are almost always wrong

Good app
I love this app for all my village roadshow needs. It has everything and my 6+ kids all enjoy paradise country the most! Highly recommended!!!!
Removed all my valid tickets
Was in line for spooky nights and when we got to the head of the line all the tickets were removed from the app. We are frequent visitors and long term locals that continued our patronage even during cocos. If you are going to play stupid games like this just give us the option for the physical cards. Also the fast pass times out each time we use it and fails to add a spot for us. Very disappointed. Do better

Restrooms search not an option
I loved the listing of shows and attractions but was surprised that the map had no option to search toilets or change rooms.
Not as bad as people are saying
This app was not very helpful, the wait times were much shorter than stated, the map was a bit confusing and I found the one at reception to be more helpful. The virtual cue is incredibly expensive, and not that worth it to skip a 40min wait for $30 each. However, some features such as ride descriptions and thrill ratings were helpful. It was not very buggy in my experience however we only used this for one park and one day so bare that in mind

Easy to use
The app is very easy to use and is super helpful. My favourite part about the app is the map. I think it is cool because it is just like google maps or any other type of maps you use
Terrible first experience
Right after opening app, the “Allow access” button doesn’t work. Have to choose to “turn on later” for location services which is also impossible. Which leads to a very very frustrating experience when you’re surrounded by hundreds of people in the middle the park and all you want to know is where you are and the ride wait times.

Inaccurate wait times, spotty location tracking
I got to the park quite early and saw the wait time for Wild West falls was only 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have gone on it otherwise, but I thought short wait that’s alright I’ll do it. I am still in line an hour later. I checked the app as I was going into the line and it said 10 minutes, updated 4 minutes ago. Suffice to say it was ridiculously inaccurate. I’ve been in the line too long and I reckon I still have 20 minutes or more to wait and I’m not going to have wasted my time and money to wait in a line for so long for a ride that I didn’t even go on. I’m so upset with this app. It’s ruined my day within the first hour of being here. I’m content with waiting an hour or more for a thrill ride, but for the log ride I went on when I was 7, absolutely not. Thank you for this amazingly accurate app that wont even let me see wait times for other rides because it doesn’t think I’m in the park despite being in one building for over an hour.

Tedious experience
Set a lot of time aside to navigate through this app and renew any pass. Confusing, difficult to follow and if you forget your password from a year ago - good luck to you. Insert a whole barcode to try and renew your annual pass - ridiculous. PayPal system doesn’t work. Stood outside SeaWorld with a screaming toddler for half an hour just trying to get a pass on this app.

Ticket purchase problems
Have had so much drama trying to buying 5 tickets for a dinner/show at Outback Spectacular! Would be a lot easier if the design starts with date/time first then if tickets are available to go through meal choices. Instead this works the other way around. Go through the whole process of ordering meals for the group only to get to the end and find unable to proceed due to tickets sold out or errors.
Rang help desk and they advised this happened as tickets are sold out. Tried multiple days and shows (including Paradise Country for Koala Breakfast experience) and still same issue. Gave up in the end. Bought family experience tickets elsewhere. Need to work on a more user friendly approach for this app for ticket ordering!
