  • Dont know what people are griping about.

First off… old school side scrolling fiend. Grew up with intellivision and then nintendo ES. So this was a breath of fresh air. Been playing for a few months and have enjoyed upgrades, coins, and even got a top 5 badge on an event. I have spent no money yet, and have been using nothing but the basic character. With that being said, you will play and you will grind. Some days you will kill it and others you will get terrible drops and get mollywhopped. But thats any game. You have to proceed with the idea that you will not beat this game in a few days or even weeks. This is a long haul game even in its simplicity. That is why i enjoy it so much. I dont have some over powered professional gamer killing me with a one round head shot before i even land the first time. I play the round and play the conditions. So i will say this from a classic gamers line. Find the pattern. It isn’t always consistent, but it is pretty darn close. Learn what enemy rounds do what, and where they will go. But most important, have fun. I mean come on peeps, its a game. If you dont look at it like some giant dragon to slay, but play it for fun you will have a blast. Otherwise… well thats on you. The only thing i dont care for is that some of the events you need a specific type of character to attempt the leaderboard. I am sure i will get there with patience. But i really dont like missing out on the fun. Other than that… i am totally happy with the game play.

  • Entire Profile Erased

I have been playing this game for about nine months. I spent a lot of time on building up my character’s profile and stats. Recently, I made a mistake and deleted the app off my phone. When I went back into the App Store to re-download the game, it allowed me to download the game again. However, a screen appeared after I opened the game asking me if I wanted to continue game or restore. It wasn’t clear that selecting continuing the game actually meant DELETING your previous profile. Due to this not being understood clearly, it was very easy for me to delete my 9+ month profile permanently. There was no way to get my other profile back, so I will never play this game again or recommend it to anyone.

  • Fun game with exceptions

The game at one point stated something like “Any purchase removes ads.” This isn’t entirely true. If you run into the TV and chose its offering, you’ll need to sit through a full-screen ad that you cannot skip. Also the dev employs a bit of additional deceptive offerings. For example, I purchased gems in order to purchase what I thought was a Devastator weapon. It turned out to be a crate with a couple pieces of armor. It’s the way the dev shows this: “Special Crate” and underneath it shows the Devastator weapon. So be aware. I’ll be getting my money back. Not to mention I won’t be making any more in-app purchases unless the dev makes things right. I really like the game play and I want to love the game. Dear dev: stop with the deceptive in-app purchases.

  • Good Game but there are several issues and suggestions.

First, I do like the game but leveling up the characters seems tough man. In addition, I think there should an easy mode for the campaign worlds. Honestly, even with the right equipment, enemies seems to easily beat me in a few shots, maybe even one shot. There should also be maybe a way to get free coins from watching ads too. The “lucky chance revive” should be higher in my opinion. Gems should also be easier to get though. I do like the music though.

  • Great game but the energy system is annoying.

I’ve had this game for some time now, and it’s very fun. But the energy system where you have to wait for energy to recharge is very annoying. On some of the harder levels, I’ve been having to play other things just so I can play the game more because I keep running out of energy. I don’t get the point of it, like if you want people to play your game, why limit the playtime? I personally feel like it’s a bad way to have a game Other than that, it’s very worth downloading.

  • Fix the ad bugs…!!!!

Have played this game for years, one of the funnest challenging games on mobile. Seems impossible but you get better over time and better upgrades, then levels you thought were impossible are a walkthrough later. Awesome game except one thing. The ads are constantly freezing causing me to hard restart and lose my perk/extra life. I’ve played on updated iPad and iPhone 11 under cellular network and multiple different wifis with the same result. I spent a good amount of money on this game so would like this simple thing fixed. Putting on the back burner and dropping from 5 to 4 stars until fixed.

  • Fun game, but…

This really has been my favorite game to play on a phone. Unfortunately it’s just hard to feel valued as a player. Most other games you pay a one time fee to unlock the features and remove the ads. You will not find that here. They want you to pay either $10 or $30PER MONTH to unlock features, and then you STILL have to watch ads to open up crates for rewards. I did it a few months but just can’t feel good about paying for it anymore, knowing that they are also still getting paid by advertisers. Unfortunately, they’re really ruining a great game experience with this.

  • Greedy Developers

Great game. Horrible pay to play structure - there’s a trick at every corner to push you to buy more. Whether it’s forced ads (ok easy to avoid with one small purchase), and then even once you buy ad free it forces ads for upgraded weapons at every level (want a in game perk to help you win, watch this ad!). Forced timer for additional lives which you can “buy”, then forced upgrades to beat IMPOSSIBLE levels. RNG aspect means you need a lot of luck to get certain free weapon upgrades to have even a slight chance at beating certain levels which means you play repeatedly which increases chance you’ll pay for additional lives. I’d pay $40 for a completely unlocked version of this game or even $5 a month…..will likely DELETE this game soon.

  • Pay it up

With every update they’re making it harder and harder to progress without paying for gems or anything. Gems are extremely hard to get and if you have any the games going to force you to use them so you have to buy more. Sometimes you’ll get a “chance” to revive if you watch an add. But if you have any number of gems saved up, they will NEVER pop up. Meaning I’d you’re right at the end of the level and wanna get to the next area, you have to use your gems which are so hard to get. Pay for more lives, pay for gems, pay for doors. You already have to watch adds constantly for any hope of getting low level items to combine up to good stuff. It’s just another game/app lost to absolute greed.

  • This Game Is WONDERFUL!

I downloaded this game so I would be able to have something to play not so often. But I clearly got my self addicted to it and now I won’t stop. I literally just finished the first 30 levels!! I’ve only been playing this game for about…a month? I showed my sister (only 5) and she hated it. But to me, all the updates, the upgrades, the character(s) are awesome. I also really like the character trying to kill you because I think it’s kinda real! So I suggest trying the game, but also try to upgrade your character. It WILL help :)
