  • My favorite game

Been playing for about a month now, every once and a while there’s an event that you play as far as you can get as the levels increase in difficulty with no end to the levels….this is my favorite event and I wish there was a permanent level like this because when it is absent this game seems too limited to me and it leaves me wishing the event would pop up again…otherwise this game is very cool and I find myself coming back to it many times throughout the day….so please developers give us a permanent unlimited board with a ranking system so we can compete with one another for game supremacy

  • By far one of the best mobile games

The layout in this game in incredible. It’s the one game I got all the other kids in school to download. My favorite gun is between the handgun and the Lazar cannon. One thing I want changed is the amount of wait time between free boxes. I have sat down and played this game for hours straight. Would recommend. I also think it would be cool to add a flamethrower gun instead of just the perk. Perks are everything. It depends on what perks you have if you are going to win or not. Please download and support Devs.

  • Good, but it will take forever to level up

The game is fun, don’t get me wrong. The problem is you will quickly reach a point where the campaign levels are too hard for your character, and despite playing it for hours you can’t seem to level up enough to get past it. That’s where the in-app purchases come in I guess. So it’s like every other game out there where you think buying a pack will get you over the hump, but it never me does. The enemies seem to level up right along side you, even within a level.

The other thing that ruins this game is the ads. Constant ads. Your extra weapon attributes are held hostage by those ads that show you gameplay that doesn’t exist in other games. And you pretty much have to watch them, because the levels are nearly impossible to pass even with the extra weapon attributes so skipping isn’t an option.

It’s a shame too. I’d gladly pay for the game to turn off these ads, and actually see my character level up and progress beyond the enemies I’ve been fighting for days.

  • Nearly Perfect!

Extremely fun, well designed and executed game. The build up/introduction of features during the first few rounds is designed so well. It makes the level up, equipment upgrades and improvements really easy to understand. So many games throw everything at you as soon as the launch screen is dismissed, they seem confusing and cluttered with too much crammed into a little game. Not Mr. Autofire. A firm understanding of upgrades, coins, gems and the Load-Out feature is effortless to acquire making the powerful upgrades usable without the confusion. Super enjoyable and instills hope that there are still developers capable of releasing GREAT games out there, which we can look forward to.

  • Super Nintendo

I’ve played this game for over a 8 months I think. I won the first heart challenge. I have to say there aren’t even next gen console games I have played this long. It really takes me back to the Super Nintendo days where people could remember the name of a game, vivid details, awesome soundtrack and good memories. This is one of my new age favorites in my personal hall of fame right next to cuphead. It’s hard to find original games these days congratulations guys you’re the first phone game to be original to me, and the first phone game I have ever rated and written a review on!

  • This has been a great experience

This game is just super fun to play. There’s ways to pay for some better stuff but you can get just as far without payment. The controls are nice and usually very responsive and there’s a lot of depth to it’s simple mechanics. It’s honestly really addicting but it’s not all consuming. It’s a thing that you can pick up and play until you get bored and you get rewarded for playing on your own time. It’s so much fun the amount of rewards and the random perks makes each run a blast to play. Might be one of the best games in the store.

  • Can’t stand the pay to win

This game is very fun, I catch myself playing it quite a bit. I genuinely enjoy this game, but it’s so play to win. I mean come on, if I don’t have enough energy to play, I have to use diamonds and if I don’t have diamonds I need to buy them. The battle pass being ridiculously expensive, and it has seasons? What is this Apex Legends? Warzone? Seriously, it’s so greedy. You have to pay for no ads, pay for in game currency, & it seems like as you progress you get less coins, & the monsters become more difficult to kill pushing you to try to buy coins. Ridiculous, I’d give this game 5 stars if their developers weren’t so greedy. If you charged for a one time battle pass for 9.99 that included no ads, a fair amount of in game currency, along with an energy increase, & a couple other reasonable things, I would be more likely to buy it. But I’m not spending 50$ for 13,000 diamonds that’s insane.

  • Was gunna be a five star but…..

I’ve been playing this game for many months now and I absolutely love it! Daily and weekly challenges, monster killing and character leveling makes this game appealing and fun to play. However recently they made a change to the game that stopped me from being able to watch the adds for free upgrade roles if my VPN is turned on. This saddens me because it tells me that they would rather spy on me than provide a fun game. Even though I buy the battle pass I still cannot watch the adds for upgrades unless I turn my VPN off. I submitted a ticket a month ago to ask why the adds were not showing up and now a month later have still not received any contact back, I had to figure it out myself that it was because I had my VPN turned on. This only started happening after the last game update so It’s obvious that they only care about the money at this point. I won’t be spending any more money on this game while I have to turn my VPN off to get the bonuses every time I play! SMH:(

  • Disappointing update.

After playing this game since close to it being release I feel the developers made their biggest mistake yet with the last update. It has become evident they have become more and more greedy recently (battle pass price is somewhat outrageous) but energy for elemental castle, really? Not only do I have to use energy on events for a chance (not even guaranteed) to get keys. But I also have to use energy on every floor. The ads every few floors is bad enough but this (what I see as a money grab with 10 energy costing 150 gems) takes it a bit too far. I’m fairly confident they lost a nice % of their players with this, I know they lost at least one.

They have been adding more content which is great but adding more weapons to the game with no way to farm for specific ones so the loot pool becomes that much more diluted making it that much harder to get what you actually want.

When this game originally came out I was recommending it quite a bit. Now I would say if your looking for a rouge-like game that requires a lot of grinding and/or want to spend a bunch of money maybe this game is for you. If your a F2P player you may want to pass on this one.

  • Buggy, grindy, pay2win mess

The game sadly falls into the same category as a ton of other mobile games with a decent premise. They take a fun concept (a nice, casual 2d retro platformer) and bastardize it with a bunch of pay2win mechanics and an impossibly long grind built on retention metrics and gacha mechanics than caring about the user experience.

Everything about this game takes too long and/or costs too much. Perks are completely unbalanced and totally random, with no way to influence them. Even if you pay for rerolls the options are more often than not terrible. The game takes too long to complete, not because the mechanics are interesting but because of the monster stats are way overturned. So you end up playing the same level over and over again, against the same enemies over and over, until you get your one in a million drop that actually allows you to upgrade your gear. Just a mindless, unfriendly grind. Oh, or you can pay the tens of thousands of diamonds it costs to skip it.

EVERYTHING is RNG, everything is locked behind layers of RNG. It's like a very unfriendly ARPG but it lacks the depth and variety of mechanics that make those ARPGs interesting to play.

Don't bother with this game. The developers don't respect your time so you shouldn't respect theirs.
