Love this app
So far I haven’t experienced any downsides to using this app since a month now. Ublock origin blocks the youtube ads very good (haven’t had a single add since installing it) and also works with another youtube extension that hides youtube shorts. The interface is easy and familiar to use since it’s design is similar to the safari app. Probably the best browser out there all due to it’s use of extensions

Hands down most powerful browser on iOS
Maybe even the most powerful browser ever considering it takes both desktop-spec Firefox and Chrome extensions, which raises a problem: Orion might be too powerful for iOS, no joke.
Extensions does use resources, and once you start stacking up extensions like a tracker blocker, force dark mode, adblocker, userscript stuff, and especially with many webpages open, you’re eating up RAM fast and even WebKit might not be able to keep up. And iOS really doesn’t like it when something uses a lot of RAM
But that won’t stop me from using it, can’t go back to safari and the fake Chrome/Firefox that’s still based on WebKit

Great Browser
I love using this browser for the sole purpose of uBlock origin.. and also a couple of firefox extensions… its lightning fast (beats safari by far), quick to load and download also… the gestures you can utilize within the browser are also great, but i would heavily recommend using this with the macOS browser as well, the functionality grows exponentially!

Fantastic Browser
This browser is fast, well appointed, and gets the job done. The browser and search engine (Kagi) are game changers. It’s is my every day driver now. It is frequently updated with feedback from the community of users in mind. If you like it and want to see it go places consider supporting development via Orion+. Pretty neat to see these folks making a browser (and search engine) that feels like they are being designed to be my tools versus others that are designed to use me for financial gain (ads/tracking/algorithms). I am rooting for these folks.

Buggy
The browser can be very unstable at times like crash entirely when a pop up opens or constantly open and close the keyboard when in landscape mode when trying to open a new tab. Sometimes it closes all my tabs when the app restarts.
Significant issues
It doesn’t really work as a daily driver for browsing as it has some substantial bugs; the back and forward buttons frequently don’t do anything, and the favicons and titles of tabs don’t update correctly, meaning I’ll think I’m visiting tab A and I’ll actually go to tab B.
I like the layout though, I think it has potential once the issues are ironed out.

Extension support is poor. Otherwise fantastic
I was very excited to hear about better extension support on iOS. Sadly, it seems this wasn’t meant to be. Basically every big name extension I tried failed completely. I was especially disappointed that Tap to Tab didn’t work. The customization is otherwise amazing compared to Safari, and I really appreciate the gestures. I hope the devs keep at this and focus more on the extension support as the rest of the browser is basically perfect in my eyes, and this would be the other big advantage it could have over Safari

You Can Install Chrome Extensions
The fact you can choose Brave Search and install Chrome Extensions makes this an automatic 5 stars. The only issue I run into is while the extensions work, you can’t always see the info of the app from the extensions menu. It’s really the only downside to the browser. It’s basically Safari but with Chrome Extension support. Another positive is you can set it to not keep history similar to Firefox Focus

Superb, fast, secure browser supports uBlock Origin and other Firefox plug-ins
Please add a Tip Jar to In-App Payments!
Unreliable extensions
UX isn’t great, Safari is better.
Found extensions to be unreliable especially Dark Reader. Password autofill from Strongbox didn’t work lot of times.
Two shining features are the vertical tabs and cross device sync.
And updates are slow which is expected.
