Good, could improve
Very good app. While it works well like others have said it would be great to be able to do ALL the screeners on the app regardless of what device they're for.
I use the app to check for available tests so it's frustrating seeing there's a test available and having to log on to laptop when I may not even qualify.
Would also be great to see what browser type it is in the app so we can open the correct one straight away.

Hardly match and tests glitch
I’ve only matched to two tests since signing up 7 months ago. Things went smoothly, but since then, I’ve not been a match to any of the tests that come up. And there will be more than 10 tests on a week daily basis. The one that I eventually matched to, and managed to complete, glitched upon submission. After wasting time answering the questions and it getting stuck on the update page meant it didn’t count. It’s become somewhat frustrating.

Too many bugs
Requires Complete testing. The processes follow is a total failure in the mobile app, the website works fine. Please hire a software tester.
Platform has gone downhill
This used to be a really solid platform. The proposition was simple: spend about 10 minutes reviewing something, get US$10.
It was bought out by a rival company about a year ago and quickly went downhill. It’s quite common now to get ripped off – finish a test, never get paid. It’s also common for tests to be inordinately long. I’ve come across multiple instances of four dollar “quick“ tests having so many questions that they would take half an hour or longer to complete.
The new company also arbitrarily changed the payment turnaround time from one week to two, around the same time that interest rates increased.
Tech-support has been significantly reduced, and it is now almost impossible to get a live human.
I used to say that this was fun and a great way to make a small bit of money on the side, but now the platform is a waste of time.

I actually make money
Someone who works in a similar field to this app recommended it to me, and I’ve actually made a decent amount of money from giving detailed feedback for 10 minutes. Each 10 min survey gives $10 USD and sometimes I get one hour zoom call feedback interviews that give $60 USD. It’s hard to get surveys sometimes though, because you need to qualify.

Best side hustle app
I have been doing Usertesting for years. I’m a SAHM and look for any way I can help financially. This one is so quick and easy if I have some free time either on this app or on the computer, and as long as there are no errors(which,annoyingly, do happen sometimes) I always get paid. It used to be weekly but now is every two weeks. I’ve cashed out $3500 bucks since I started, and that’s with missing days, weeks, or months at a time. If I’m consistent I can sometimes get 1-3 tests daily. If I had more time to check I’m sure I’d get more! The mobile app sometimes fails to load and then you don’t get paid. You have to make sure you’re wifi, all apps are closed besides usertest, you have a certain amount of free space, and your phone is plugged in. Plus you can’t leave the phone while it’s uploading. Sometimes you get half the money with an error if you report it.

Horrible app and extremely buggy
This app is resources heavy and very buggy. The screen record function is problematic as it blocks access to the surveys.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews? I have been using this application for over one year and it’s the best testing app I have ever used. It’s genuine and to answer the big question everyone wants to know YES they do pay. You will need to have a PayPal account to get your money and each test you complete you will be paid out 14 days later are completing that test. Generally tests pay $10 and takes around 10 minutes to complete but they have other ones which can be as high as $120 for a live online test with someone. I guess the more experience you have and or work in different fields the more opportunities you will get as tests are looking for people who work in certain fields etc but overall this app is fantastic way to make a little side income.
