Good concept, but App doesn’t load…
The concept is good and it’s a great way to get your hands on a bunch of content that’s broken up into categories that makes sense, however, the app fails to load. You can uninstall it, install it and try to reset credentials but nothing works . A bit frustrating after you spend $50 for a subscription. I was really looking forward to using this app for my daily workouts. I downloaded it a couple days ago and signed up for the yearly membership. Today when I attempted to open it, I kept getting a notification that said to retry. I closed out multiple times and still got the same message. I then deleted the app, hoping that reopening it would help reset whatever was going wrong. When I signed in with my email which is how I initially opened my account, I got a pop-up saying, null content. So frustrating to have this much difficulty the 2nd time I tried to use it. I left the developers a message and hopefully they’ll get back with me soon or I’ll have to cancel.JB Barry
