One of the best workout apps

I have been working out for about 6 years now and life has changed a lot since then. Most recent change is becoming a flight attendant and finding a workout program that works for me has been a challenge. I even hired a personal trainer to try and help with that and found it to still not be what I needed. On a whim I decided to try this app. I’ve been a long time follower of Whitney but wasn’t sure if her app would be somewhat “gimmicky.” Not only has this app not been that way at all but it has actually been the best app and programs I’ve had in a long time. The app is easy to use, motivating, and flexible. I have been doing the at home workout program and love it. I often am in different gyms with varying equipment and that is why having a consistent program is tricky. One of the best features of this app is how every exercise has an alternative making it possible for me to get my workout in regardless of the gym I’m at. I also am a fan of the different stretching and mobility exercises. This app has it ALL! Perfect for beginners or longer time people like me. Also very affordable especially for everything it includes!

We appreciate your detailed feedback! It’s wonderful to hear how the app has adapted to your dynamic lifestyle as a flight attendant and that it’s providing you the flexibility and motivation you need. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Brilliant!

I have followed Whitney for years and finally downloaded this app to give me some direction when I’m going to the gym! Love the challenges to keep me focused on hitting certain goals. Works so well and not glitchy at all. Love that it gives alternative exercises too incase certain machines etc aren’t available at your gym. Highly recommend

I wanted to love it but I cant 🙃

I was soo excited to switch to Whitney’s training app but unfortunately there are too many cons for me. 1- The app glitches frequently, sometimes the app will quit on its on and I would have to restart the training and add all sets again. 2- The app will also stop my workout on the apple watch so I might end up with 3 20min sessions instead of a full hour. 3- Sometimes it wont save the amount of reps I did if the number is different from the prescribe sets. This absolutely demotivates me from trying to do more reps since “they wont count”. 4- There isn't an option to add warmup sets. This is a big one since my warm ups tend to be 75lbs-155lbs so I want to see them reflected on my overall workout. 5- There isn't a recommended weight paired with sets which makes tracking progressive overload or deload weeks harder. I usually workout based on my training max for each specific movement and having to constantly check my previous weights just puts more work on the user rather than having the app recommend/calculate it for you.

Im a huge numbers girly, I track everything and this is not efficient or accurate enough for me to enjoy using it. So sorry, still love you Whit 🫶🏼

GAME CHANGER for the girly whirlies 🍭

This app is truly incredible! I downloaded this app after becoming frustrated with little results after being with a personal trainer for almost 2 years and I’ve seen more results in 3 months than I had in that time with a PT. It’s so cost-effective and I love the choices between programs and singular workouts. The colors are as bubbly as Whit’s personality, I love the awards you earn as you go, I love that every move comes with a video AND you get alternate moves in case you need to adjust. This app has truly changed my confidence in the gym and the confidence I have in myself 🩷

The only feedback I have: I think it would be helpful to pair the movement videos with written form tips, where to feel a movement and how to tweak it if you’re feeling it in an area you’re not wanting to to maximize the muscle/mind connection. Some clarity around what counts as a “rep” for more complex moves would be helpful too! I.e. on the straight arm pulldown into kayak row on the Alive program, is one rep pulling to both sides then in front?

Amazing and incredible app. Love Whit and this app SO MUCH! 💖

We appreciate your enthusiastic feedback and insights! It's wonderful to hear how the app has boosted your confidence and results in just a few months. Thank you for sharing your suggestion regarding movement tips and clarity on reps; we value your thoughts!

Great app

I’ve loved using this app to get back into a gym routine, it’s super easy to use however I wish that it has an explanation on form with the videos and all angles rather than just two so I can make the movements are performed properly. Whitney has great explanation videos on her social media please consider adding that to the app to make it an even better experience.

Great! Just missing…

I’d love to mark an exercise complete! I don’t need to follow along with the app now as I’m familiar with the exercises so I’d like to be able to check off a workout in the plan as ‘done’!

I love this app BUT it’s been buggy lately –

The app that Whitney created definitely made me more disciplined and has aligned me to my fitness goals ~ though the UI of the app has been buggy – overlapping texts, overlapping assets.

I also couldn’t record the dates of the progressive increase of the weight I’ve been lifting – they just appear to be recorded on the date that I’ve been working out.

Hope it could be fixed!

Loving it!

Absolutely love it! Super easy to use, clear instructions and have enjoyed changing up my routines!

Would love to be able to add notes for exercises like “go for higher weight range or rep range next week”, only thing I would change!

Just a heads up to, it uses a lot of your phone battery so keep this in mind when you’re doing some long workouts!

But I recommend it to everyone! Being able to follow something strict has been great 🙏

would rate 6 stars if i could

i never write reviews but purchasing the yearly plan was the best idea for my health. I don’t feel pressured or discouraged to workout, I do it at my own pace. I love doing the 30 day challenge, I don’t even have to think about what to do! It’s already just there for me in the app. I’ve been using it for over a month! This is your sign to try!

The only suggestion I would make is to add a few more grace seconds if you’re switching to a stand up workout to a floor workout, it takes me a few more seconds to switch :)

Life changing!

As someone who’s been working out for many years and had difficulty tracking my rest and progress, this app is so nice because it’s tailored to your difficulty level and it’s very realistic and enjoyable. You can easily do the entire workout and every exercise and actually enjoy it. This is the only app that I am impressed with and is 100% worth of money. Also, I love how important mental health and gratitude are in this app it isn’t just about working out. I 100% recommend this app for women especially 🥰
