Requesting a hybrid program for runners!
I’ve been using this app for a few months and love the guided workouts, particularly that there are tutorials for every exercise, that you’re able to track the weights, and that there are alternate exercise options.
It would be great to get a program targeted towards runners with exercises that would help optimize their performance, and more programs with 3 day a week options for people who do multiple forms of activity!
Also, if the user was given the ability to personalize the programs to a greater extent (eg. By swapping or removing certain exercises, changing the prescribed # of reps/sets) that would be amazing.

I have such bad gym anxiety and never knew what to do in the gym but the easy to read work outs with video examples of what to do have been extremely helpful. I am now consistently going to the gym and excited about working out!

It looks great but I’m not paying $20 a month on top of a gym membership for it

I love this app. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and I really depend on it when i’m at the gym!
Lots of variety of programs to follow or one-off workouts. I love that you can log your weights so I never have to remember anything. Stretches before and after are great, too.
It’s helped me become more confident in the gym as it takes the stress out of it for me. I just show up, open the app, and away we go. I also love that it times the rest and sounds when it’s almost done, so I can go on other apps while I wait without having to check the time.
On top of all the great functions, the interface is great and user friendly too. I used to get a couple of glitches, nothing too bad though, but they seem to be constantly working to improve that with updates.
100% recommend!

Best workout app!
I just wanted to suggest a couple things for the app:
1. I really wish there was a way to look back on the workouts you’ve accomplished & see the full workout you’ve done & the weight & sets you completed. I know there’s the part with the name of the workout but you can’t actually go into it to see everything.
2. If there was a full body workout program, you have push, pull, & legs & multiple others but someday as I would like to just do a full body & there’s no way to track it without just mentally tracking it. I love the full body workouts in the challenges you put on but I think if there was a section for outside the challenges that would be great!
Lastly, I wanted to let you know that I am so incredibly grateful for this app. It’s really brought back joy into me going to workout again. The diversity on all the different workouts with the multiple difficulties really help. Thank you for creating such an inclusive app for everyone you enjoy 🩷
I 100% suggest this app for everyone! I have been loving the journalling section & the way we can input weight, pictures to see the difference we’ve made has been amazing! Sorry for the long review but just so happy with this app & it’s only been 2 months! 💜

I’ve been using this app for 4 years now and I will never look back! Best decision I’ve ever made!
Fantastic workout guide
I came across Whitney on Instagram and started saving her workouts which I thought were right up my street. Subsequently downloaded the app for a free trial and it’s brilliant. There is such a huge variety of workouts that you can easily find something to suit you. I always feel like I have been pushed to my limit and done a really effective strength programme. The only useful addition would maybe be a guide to performing some of the trickier exercises and getting good form.

The best!!!
I decided to try a bunch of free trials and this one is the best. Definitely worth the investment. I’m feeling SO STRONG! I’ve been doing my own thing since 2017 and felt like I knew what I was doing but this app really helped me take the guess work out and kept me more on time with my rest periods etc. Also the quality and ease of use is the very best. Feels great using the app. So streamline and top quality. Amazing job WHITNEY!! 🫶🏻
