    It used to work great! UNTIL I switched internet providers and now my bulb only turns on and off and does not dim or change colors.. it does not connect to app even after I split my internet connections to 2.4G and 5G.

    I want a refund, these products aren’t built to last

    Last update on the app was 2 years ago, it’s constantly closing, server busy, unresponsive or freezing; now we have a led light strip that cannot be controlled at all.
