Lenovo smart bulb
It used to work great! UNTIL I switched internet providers and now my bulb only turns on and off and does not dim or change colors.. it does not connect to app even after I split my internet connections to 2.4G and 5G.

Step 1: force me to create an account to use a light bulb
Step 2: continually force me to login to app to use light bulb
Step 3: App never works, app always crashes, lightbulb needs to manually be turned off.

Had issues with it deleting all devices and automation
I had some problems with this app. The programming of automation is very tedious as you can’t batch commands to multiple devices. Instead you have to specify one instruction per light bulb per task - it takes hours. This is particularly an issue as it would sometimes log me out, then all of my automation and devices would be lost and need to be recreated after logging back in. I ended up giving up and using Google home, at least that app doesn’t delete your work, once it’s setup it works.Show lessRo19238809

Crashes all the time. Constantly logs me out and never remembers my devices, have to reset up each time. I hate itLaura #3
Privacy mode bypassed. App slow to update values. Awful experience and broken privacy.
The app takes 5-15 second to update the camera’s REAL status and defaults to Privacy=off when opened. During this period the camera can be tapped and viewed DESPITE PRIVATE MODE.
This is a severe defect and shows that “private mode” does nothing and that the camera is very much still recording and transmitting video.Show lessIpaqmaster

No support for smart lights
Their app support system is awful. My smart light is not recognized even after multiple resets, the app is unresponsive. Moreover, if I try the same thing in another Android I have, Lenovo apparently does not support any latest Android generation after 12, which is 3-4 year old. And the customer support also can’t help with this. Will never buy any Lenovo smart accessories is the future.Show lessblacksmith_panda
