App not working
So far 1 star, can’t even contact anyone for assistance and no alternative apps can be used to control our lights apparently? Wouldn’t know exactly because you can’t contact them.

Great app
It’s a great up with heaps of customisation for your smart lights . Only thing which doesn’t work is to add second member of family so they can also operate the same lights from their own phone ... hope that bug will be fixed soon . Besides that love it.Michal 3190000
You can’t connect other accounts
This app is terrible. I wasn’t able to connect my other family member’s accounts because it kept saying the accounts “didn’t exist” and do it after they had “registered”. I had done it all myself so there was no possibility for the accounts to have not been registered. Not only that but you can’t even delete ur account and all the feedback on the app about how to deactivate or delete ur account is useless. Please update your app and make it more user friendly.Show lesssally21652
Not ideal
App works reasonably well. Repeatedly crashed on my first installation but started to work after reinstalling. Would be nice if I could set up LED strips to have preset modes and colours with the Schedule feature, instead of the app just turning them on in whatever setting I left them in (I.e orange at sunrise and white during the day). Automation / tap to run feature a bit useless as well, but otherwise not bad.Show lessBenSBen
Love it other people are doing is wrong
It is a bit hard because smart devices you buy now are on firmware 3.8 or something and you use Lenovo link then it will ask you to update the device to 4.0 and then the device won’t work with Lenovo link you have to use Lenovo link pro which Lenovo could of done differently but besides that the Lenovo link pro is amazing and so much better than Lenovo linkShow lesss_bruce_

I just received an update this morning. Unfortunately it’s at least a month late. All my hardware that this app runs has since been thrown in the garbage.
Every single Lenovo smart plug, smart bulb and led strip lighting in my house has been non functional for over a month.
