To hard to setup, too many resets needed
I’ve done plenty of Smart lamps of getting them setup and working with Alexa and/or Google. Most Smart lamps are straight forward, which the Lenovo appeared to be in their instructions, but app didn’t allow an easy go at it. Multiple times doing the proper reset and following instructions just to wait 2 minutes and have app not recognize my network and have to try again. I will not buy any more Lenovo lamps when I need to add a Smart lamp.Show lessfrustrated Ring-er

Could use much better user experience design
Annoying prompts when selecting a preset get in the way of operation. No real world use cases for action setup. Can’t group a set of lights to take the same single command for instance. Need to say switch off for all 3 lights of them rather than switch off this group of 3.Steveoco

I bought the 2 metre smart LED lights on boxing day a year ago and they were amazing. Recently moved so had to pack everything up, so i didn’t use the lights for about 3 or 4 weeks. When i eventually unpacked them and set them up, i wanted to turn them off with my phone. I went on the app and clicked on where the light settings were and it logged me out saying i didn’t have an account with them. I’ve had to make a new account and try to reconnect the lights and none of it is working. I’ve tried turning them off and on multiple times, sat for minutes waiting for it to manually pick them up. Seriously need help with this!!!Show lesstrhanaba
Link to Alexa or Google both doesn’t work.
I tried to link my Lenovo LED strip to Alexa and Google. Both were not successful. It says I need to download the latest app (which I am running the latest of all these app) and kept redirecting to an instruction page and can’t get anywhere. So is pretty useless for me so far. I don’t consider it a smart product unless I can integrate with other system and perform some automation. Not happy!!Show lessBug_Report_201401170830
Power board - Terrarium - Excellent
Love the scheduling with this smart power board as I have it on my terrarium to control the lights , filter and water heater.
I also have the single unit to control lights on my smaller tank.
Never fails to run and easy to control.

App has a big bug
The app has cool features and all, but there is a huge bug which literally crashes your whole device and makes it respring. I have the app set up for the smart led light strip. When you are on the colour menu and you keep turning the colour wheel in a fast turning motion, you will encounter the crashing bug.Show lessKush the best
Absolute Trash
I got some of the LED lights and trying to get it working has been an absolute nightmare. I'm not even done because the app is so bad. It keeps crashing, logging me out, refuses to connect to the light. I understand why the lights were discounted now. Wasn't discounted enough in my opinion.RoxyBuckets
