Paperweight for a smart plug
App can’t seem to pair or connect to my smart plug, even though my phone’s network can connect to it. Old app was awful but apparently this one isn’t any better.Ryan13200

It’s great but when I tried to log in after typing my password it just kicked me out of the app and it won’t let me sign up or log in I don’t know what’s happening please helpkjkjaksjdick

Doesn’t work have to return
Waste of time, what a scam cannot connect lights now have to return! Have a google corrupt Lenovo has managed to have their google reviews frozen and turned off!!! Used to be fine
I don’t know what’s this need to have to be connected to an account in order to connect anything, and then to make matters worse the “servers are busy” so you can’t connect to your account anyways.Silver line 1996
Can’t create an account
I can’t create an account or login. I use the version of the app in French.

Full of bugs
I can’t log in by phone number. I click select country and nothing appears. A friend using the same app can’t add any device, again nothing appears. Where is the support? My smart plugs are useless now. Thanks for stealing my money.Llcdagvvsghncdubcdf
Can’t link accounts
This app used to be great. I can no longer link it to my google home account. Every time I attempt to link the two together, the app takes me to the instructions for linking them. This is very frustrating. To make it worse there is not a way to communicate to Lenovo on their support webpage to get the issue resolved. Scooob78Show lessscoob008
