Received invitation on 4/8/22 to participate in a mask project. Software installed on iphone but when I went to start the questionnaire, it asks you to enter your email you use with your machine. Upon completing that, received a message that “email verification failed. Exceeded daily email limits for the operation or the account. If a higher limit is required, please configure your user pool to use your own Amazon SES configuration for sending email.” Come on developers, get it fixed.

I also received an email from RESMED and wasted my time only to find out that it was not available for my iPhone
Doesn’t work on iPhones newer than 12
I don’t understand them spamming their customers with emails to complete their survey when their survey app won’t work with current generation iPhones (13, 13 Pro, etc.). Thanks for wasting our time, Resmed.
Fail
I got as far as entering my email. Then the app failed with a server error message. Please test more before asking customers to use this app.
App not ready for release
ResMed failed in all aspects when they released this app. It doesn’t work. I have an iPhone 12 which according to their instructions should work. I received this message:

Bad links and poor phone support.
Tge email inviting me to do this has a download link that points to another sleep app from another company. Additionally , the app does not support the current iPhone series 13xxx. That doesn’t make sense as it’s the same mapping / scanning technology as the 12xxx. Bit of a shame as I would love to give feedback on minor fit issues I have

Couldn’t sign in
It wouldn’t accept the email address I use to connect with ResMed. The error message was completely mysterious, and seemed to be directed at an email admin, instead of a user. Deleted app.
Really, does not support iPhone 13
Great execution of the program “Shape the future of CPAP masks.” You omitted a significant portion of you participant base not including iPhone 13. 😵💫
