The service is very rude, there are so many people who get this that you will never get a seat on the bus, and if you do get a seat on the bus, you will not get the top seat you’ll be inside where you can’t see anything if you get lucky get a bus ride, also they will tell you it’s 24 hours but they shut down their services at 5:30, which leads so many people stranded around New York, huge waste of moneyEminem ochocinco

They will tell you you’re getting a “special price” and then charge you more than what a ticket actually is.
You’re going to be stuck in traffic most of the time, and the route for downtown is not the best.
ALSO, some stops will be “CLOSED” so you will have to walk/ train/ Uber places….. which defeats the entire purpose of purchasing the ticket.

You are going to get scammed, specially by a “supervisor” with a red tie that will give you a “discount”. They make you think you are getting a discount, but all you do is buy a cheaper ticket you can’t use. Customer service NON.J_rusa

I would honestly select no stars if I could. I came to NYC as I do every December for the last 11 years with a group of 9 and we decided to do this tour bus. He quoted us $67 per person then gave us a discount because we’re a group for $47. Then he clearly started the ride would be an hour long tops. We stop every 5 feet for 10-40 minutes. Half way threw the tour the driver got off the bus, and peed behind a car that wasn’t even 10 feet away from the bus and was very visible. There is no bathrooms for the costumers on the bus and no time to go to the restrooms and get back on. One woman had to resort to peeing on the floor because she couldn’t hold it in anymore. The whole ‘ guide ‘ part is just putting head phones in and listening to Siri say 3 words every 10 miles. Everyone on my bus has had the same complaints and think it’s horrible. Many other riders complained to the driver and he was disrespectful and rude and told us all to just go to customer service and it’s not his problem.racerj12d
Scammers - Do NOT Do Business
Times Square scammer sales guy said I could hop on and hop off and could make the 5pm boat tour of Statue of Liberty at 3:40 PM. We bought the 24 hour pass. Was on the next bus and it didn’t get down there to 5:20. No boat ride for us. So we stayed on the bus thinking we’d finish the loop. Nope. We got kicked off the bus at the bus garage. Not even a ride back to Times Square. Then the bus driver tells us we have to buy another Night Ticket if we want to do any more touring.

Many of the sales people roaming the streets are vultures and racists. The bus is slow and takes hours to get somewhere.

They skipped the last 3 stops and they did the same the day after!! So I had to walk to my hotel and the AC is not working in more then 4 buses !!!

Be aware of this company
Basically, I was “ROBBED” $300 (one adult + two young children) by this company. Our tickets only included the bus and a fake cruise tour to Statue of Liberty. This is a total scam.
